3rd grade addition…. Perfect visual that Bena can’t seem to grasp. It’s amazingly outlandish that he would come right out and say that “ hand counts of ballots are illegal”, when that’s what we are aiming for.

Thank you for keeping up the pressure!

Very well said Bob! Keep up the pressure on the SoS & Bena. Why use expensive, hackable voting machines that can't be audited by "We the People" when we could use paper ballots that can be audited by just recounting the paper ballots again.

Do you know what statutes he’s using to back up his hand counting is illegal statement?

I would say the one below. But it doesn't justify his tyrannical claim. What is good for the goose is good for the gander. Bena has the county election offices conducting hand counting on a few races (in only a few precincts) after every election. If hand-counting is wrong for us, it's wrong for them.

32-201.

Disputed points of election law; Secretary of State; duties.

The Secretary of State shall decide disputed points of election law. The decisions shall have the force of law until changed by the courts.

And--it's worth pointing out (if someone else hasn't already) that the handful of token precincts Bena chooses to count by hand after an election are NEVER EVER the ones from Lancaster or Douglas or any other other high-density county near or around Omaha where the cheaters are focused on stealing votes, but only precincts from those sparsely populated counties where he only has to count a few hundred votes.

This is Tammany Hall-type political shit of the very worst. Bena should just give up on pretending to be a Republican and rip the fake elephant suit off and show his donkey face to the world and stop being such a hypocrite about it.

They do select of couple precincts out of Lancaster, Sarpy and Douglas. I obtained the paper work for them through PRRs. One precinct in Lancaster didn't come anywhere close. When I tried to bring it to EVERYONE's attn (SoS, AG, legislators, etc), no one wanted to listen. That said, these precinct audits are meaningless. First of all, they aren't transparent, and secondly, the software can easily be written to compartmentalize the fraud in the other precincts.

You are right about Bena. He's a con man through and through.

I agree with Steve. Well said! Much of your communication applies to Florida as well. We have mandatory machines which are "certified" on 2005 standards, VR systems software, 3rd party audits are prohibited and anyone can vote by mail. Of course our "officials" at all levels chant, "everything is fine with FL elections."

On the National Assn of Secretaries of State site I found the following quote in a Briefing on Securing Future Elections against Cyberthreats dated July 21, 2017. It's at the very end, almost as an afterthought:

What else will combat foreign threats? Keeping elections state and locally-run (decentralized),

keeping voting equipment offline and leaving voting machines unnetworked, keeping voter lists

clean and up-to-date and convincing more Americans to simply take part in voting and

volunteering at the polls.

It would also combat interference in our own states. Of course, that's why all of them ignore it.

Thank you! Agreed. We're all fighting the same battle. A battle against corrupt public servants.
