Great write as usual. 🙏❤️🇺🇸 The Cherry County GOP did a resolution protesting the EID mandate. Our resolution was adopted yesterday at the GOP State Central Committee meeting in Omaha. Our commissioner's are voting to adopt it at their next meeting, and it appears it has unanimous support, we will see. We are working on another one, we will be brainstorming the 26th, should we go in the election direction, do I have your permission to quote parts of the above if we choose to? Did you know that when a County Grand Jury and a County (well regulated) Militia (as in our Second Amendment) is set up properly can/do investigate and indict those local representatives as well as private corporations?
In the Constitution, We the People stipulated in the Second Amendment, "A well-regulated Militia being necessary to the security of a free State, the right of the people to keep and bear Arms shall not be infringed."
Our founding fathers were referencing a group of people... you and me that are well educated in militia. This would be similar to a volunteer fire department, well regulated, trained members. This is not a group that just forms and does whatever they see fit. The word 'militia' has been wrongly demonized over this past century.
I believe our "well regulated militias" started being phased out around the turn of the 20th century. Don't quote me on that, but it was somewhere around that time that states began taking control by creating the National Guard, which as you all know is controlled by the governor, not the people. ONLY the MILITIA is deemed 'necessary' in the Constitution, AND it is the ONLY FORCE that We the People AUTHORIZE to enforce the Constitution.
Our Nebraska ordinances does have mention of a militia, yet it is only a sentence or two. I am suspicious our servant legislators do not want us to know the POWER WE HAVE by placing a full Militia Ordinance in our counties.
County and state militia were already in force when our founding fathers drew up our Constitution.
If I may also mention that developing counties... then influence districts, then state activity. One example was at a Lancaster county commissioners meeting where a member of the Sheriff's department spoke that they were asking for surveillance cameras to be placed at certain intersections, supposedly for the "common good" and also because Buffalo County had them installed so Lancaster Co should follow suite. I then heard many of our commissions make the statement, "well, if Buffalo Co is doing this, we probably should also." So that's what our county commissioners did. That's how it usually works. Other counties across the state have place cameras throughout their counties, cities as well. Many times Sarpy Co puts in place regulations because Douglas Co did. So on and so forth.
Furthermore this could done for our elections. Our presidential elections were never set up by our Founding Fathers to be carried out by state or county officials. Putting our presidential elections together with state and local elections was the beginning of election fraud well over a century ago. Holding our employees accountable in the county clerks office would do the same. If you are getting ½ of 1 percent of the people who are well educated, will in fact influence neighboring counties. That's what Tactical Civics™ does, educates the masses on popular constitutionalism. We all know that many of us have been programmed to be mindless followers. Now is the time to assemble well educated people how to enforce the constitution in our counties, then in turn educates we the people on a larger scale at the state.

I believe our founding fathers would disagree agree with that statement as stated in our highest law, the constitution. Our government was set up to give the power to We the People. That is to be done on a local level. County by county Enforcing the Constitution. That’s how we hold them accountable. That’s how we get transparency. Our great republic has 1,341 counties. A 50 United States wide issue.
Our local state legislatures aren't going to solve the problem, much less 1,341 local levels...
...despite the fact that the immediate solution is very simple (public-facing transparency and verifiability).
The People have vested their power in a federal executive representative who can give swift and clear leadership to the solution. He knows what it means to have a very expensive election stolen from him.
(Part of the overall solution will involve serious consequences for past transgressors.)

Our delegates or representatives was never originally set up to be chosen through "political parties". That is NOT how our electoral college was set up. As we all know this is controlled by political parties and those individuals or businesses that can "donate" their way into positions. Most of us here do not agree with what they are doing, not at all listening to us, their boss. How many times do we continue to beat our heads against the wall just talking about the issues instead of making real change.
What changes have been made in our favor at our county commissioners meetings, going to legislative hearings, sending emails to our senators, going to court (Many if not most have fed into the corruption)? That love of money or power?
Americans have been beating this dead horse for over a century with what changes? As Larry Storer commented... "Deaf ears!"

Another great book on the history (1634-1941) of the power of We the People through our county grand jury is, "The People's Panel" by Richard D. Younger.
Our Higher Power is Jesus Christ! The government will be on His shoulders. Isaiah 9:6 Together as His people joining together, seeking Him and enforcing the constitution.
