All very good thoughts, Bob--but-- HOW do we break their stranglehold on our government?

It's easy to ask, "When will we start choosing candidates based upon their Constitutional qualifications and character instead of the color of their party?"

It's far more challenging to implement. We've had this discussion on other posts as well in other ways. It would be easier if the politicians weren't so busy lying about who they really are when they're campaigning for office and instead told us the truth.

It would also be easier if they weren't willing to libel and slander other candidates AND TOTALLY MAKE DIRT UP (hi, Julie Slama!) to destroy their reputations and their chances of getting elected.

We're left with a serious political mess in the wake of the last gubernatorial election because of that.

Ricketts got what he wanted (a senate seat).

Pillen got what HE wanted (the governorship).

Julie Slama, the wasp queen of the Unicameral, and her evil horde of wasp sycophants clearly got what THEY wanted too--which was the destruction of a gubernatorial candidate's good name and reputation, and apparently his masculinity too. He's fallen into line with whatever those women want. He's learned his lesson: you can't fight them and win.

SIDENOTE: I want to take this opportunity to put a shout out to the Nebraska Family Association and THANK THEM SO MUCH for supporting Julie and the other mean girls in her clique and giving them this golden opportunity to destroy this candidate, who, as it turns out, IS ALSO PRO-LIFE. But maybe that only matters in political circles if you're a woman and you don't support Trump? Everyone needs to be asking the NFA some very pointed questions about whether they are STILL going to support everyone who participated in that smear job in the last election. There needs to be consequences!!!

Evnen ALSO got what he wanted--and smugly awarded himself 100% of the votes cast instead of being honest about how many were cast for other people who were NOT him.

And...Nebraskans have lost out big-time.

Very well articulated, Krystine. Thank you so much for chiming in. I don't know the answer to your opening question. Many people think it's going to come down to civil war (an Esther-type civil war), where bad people get eliminated and God's people start over. I do think God's judgment is looming, which could kick this all off.

As I wrote to officials across the state yesterday, and shared in today's edition:

"The Rights in the Second Amendment were explicitly affirmed for the express purpose of deterring exclusions [infringements] and removing them when they occur. The Power resides with the People. May God save America, if He wisely can. Assuming He can, it will not doubt include cleansing our land of idolaters, i.e., self-worshippers who have corrupted themselves into thinking they have more rights than the common man."

The right of rebellion/revolution against tyranny stands intact.

God bless you for calling the scum out!!

Notice Of Tort Claims like I'll be doing. (Wordsmithing help appreciated). Latest change is "commit voter intimidation by actually acting out implied threatening to handle my ballots selections irresponsibly by, in fact, proving they do intentionally dilute and/or handle anyone else's irresponsibly, which is also election terrorism"

We've learned from Rick Hill that a government body can't be taken to court without first taking a litigation avoidance step filing a Notice Of Tort Claim. How I'm trying to articulate mine is:

"

Even after decades of being allowed to manipulate election races in many jurisdictions they serve, the election terrorist organization ES&S admits once again to manipulating the Northampton County, PA judges race on November 7, 2023 (https://www.pahousegop.com/News/33162/Latest-News/Mackenzie-Issues-Statement-on-Voting-Machine-Fiasco-in-Northampton-County). Inasmuch as ES&S advertises 'We fulfill this mission by delivering the highest standards of accuracy, security, and reliability in our election products and services', no excuse can be tolerated for this continued breach of implied-in-fact duties/warranty and their substituting excuses in the media for sworn affidavit engineering assessments.

On that same election day

--Their machines failed in Dallas County, TX (https://dallasexpress.com/metroplex/exclusive-dallas-county-polling-books-down-on-election-day/) which county also had the machines process after polling place hours voters who didn't vote in November 2022. Their reckless and preposterous defense was that their 4G networked devices won't operate with the cellular network that allows 5G operation even though their products supposedly work fine without connectivity in MANY other election jurisdictions! Additionally for the second year in a row, their poll books in this county obviously processed voters improperly that didn't show up. (https://rumble.com/v3vkcqd-dallas-county-es-and-s-pollbooks-busted-adding-hundreds-of-voters-as-polls-.html)

...

Inasmuch as they are the nation's largest provider of election equipment and are still in violation of implied-in-fact contract in that they refuse to conduct themselves to the standard of accuracy that is easily attainable for a company of their size, not responding with the industry standard product engineering corrections to the many notices with they've been given over many elections of many past election race manipulations, obviously expecting to continue to get away with doing so ad infinitum and in so doing commit voter intimidation by actually acting out implied threatening to handle my ballots selections irresponsibly by, in fact, proving they do intentionally dilute and/or handle anyone else's irresponsibly, which is also election terrorism;

ES&S has neglected to come clean about their products' failures and are pretending to be no more sinister than simply stupidly tone-deaf, which is still unbecoming for a company of their size and thus violates their implied warranty;

Douglas County, State of Nebraska, and City of Omaha governing bodies, in dereliction of duty, give this traitorous insurrecting election terrorist, clear and present danger, and enemy of the People of the United States of America and/or of the State of Nebraska, ES&S unconscionable tolerance, favorable relations, licensure and a haven from which to conduct election manipulation ....

Remedy--

Watch and read with me/us the various incidents of ES&S election problems

ES&S (et al when applicable) must forthwith:

Self report all malfunctions and voter complaints, etc

Allow unfettered hand counting ballots prior to their insertions into machines

All es&s excuses must be sworn affidavits under penalty of breach of contract fraud

Prevent any official from making assertions about their products they themselves would not swear to under threat of lawsuit by es&s patterned after es&s suing anyone else that would make lies about them

Allow no more hand counts to overturn their results uncontested by absolute proof

Negotiations over this claim is intended to preclude litigation, so I/we will not have attorney representation present, nor will I/we be amenable to the attorneys that will be present being adversarial

"

Whether I get everything I demand is inconsequential to me. I'm simply trying to maintain pressure in ways they can't sleep through like they can in 5 minutes of Public Comment

The Nebraska Pro Se manual didn't help me any. I really have no hope in our judiciary. But I don't want to dissuade you from fighting in that direction. I'm just not much help, short of offering you whatever you can use from what I've written.

Lawfare seems to be the name of the game.

Pro Se is not relevant in this first step. Simply provide Notice of the events giving rise to the

claim within one (1) year from the date of the occurrence. This Notice must be in writing and be provided to the appropriate offices. The written Notice should contain the following information:

• Claimant’s name, address, phone number, and email;

• Date and time of incident;

• Individuals and/or jurisdiction involved, if known;

• Location where incident occurred;

• A description of what happened, and why you believe the jurisdiction is responsible;

• Invoices, receipts, estimates, photographs, or any other supporting documentation; and

• Total amount you are requesting that the jurisdiction pay.

(taken from City Of Lincoln's example, but I don't expect serious differences with other jurisdictions)

This is the crux of the problem and the focal point of the political cancel eating away at the U.S. Now that it’s been diagnosed, I’m hoping it doesn’t require nuclear/radiation therapy. Hopefully it’s not a terminal illness , but it does seem to be rampant in the population 😔. .. A definite plague of ignorance and/or lack of concern. I’ve forwarded this post to many people. Let’s see what the response will be. 🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻. Thank you‼️

Agreeing with Jesse Ventura,

One of my many YouTube channels is nicknamed "Political parties conspire-get rid of em". YouTube sent me this

"Hi Political parties conspire-get rid of em, We have reviewed your content and found severe or repeated violations of our Community Guidelines. Because of this, we have removed your channel from YouTube. We know this is probably very upsetting news, but it's our job to make sure that YouTube is a safe place for all."

It had no content!
