Coincidentally - as I was listening to KFAB while driving to Fremont for a"Win it Back" presentation on the cover up of the Election stolen by electronic machines and software, .... , plus "HAND COUNTING" Ballots in Nebraska - Emery Songer, mentioned the Jan 6, 2020 "....crowd, ...? and The Constitution???! I couldn't help calling in to disagree with what I THINK he was saying! I'm not sure he knows which side to be on!
I bragged that at age 81,...., I believe I "Understand" the Constitution better than he! Here's the thing! Trump was still President - until 1/20/21, and under the "Separation of Powers" the President, not Congress, nor the Capital Police is the CIC. He requested troops and was rejected by them - that was the "Insurrection" - not to mention that ......, etc.
Even George Washington,...., used troops to quell "Insurrections", riots, ... etc. Pelooosi, Schuuumer, and their Keystone Cops, ... would have been executed in the old days! Can't get more "Compound than that Mr. Songer! So there!
Robert, thank you for the very well thought out post. I have been counting on reforming our election process to get back to one day in person voting counted by hand at the precinct level. Until then we have NO other options.
