I'm sorry but the above comment makes no sense, they each pass or fail on their own merit 🤔

Note, if you vote No on 434, you increase the chances 439 will pass. In addition, 434 preserves the existing law while allowing the Unicameral to impose further restrictions.

Both measures require a higher vote for it than against it. Both can fail.

To me it make more sense if everybody just voted no for both of them then neither one of them passed so we’ve already got crap here in Nebraska anyway that needs to be taken out so why vote yes for any of this crap that’s my opinion I don’t think God would be very happy with anybody that voted for it because it isn’t getting rid of it Kinda like God bless Nebraska.🙏🙏🙏☦️

But if 439 passes and 434 has less votes, 439 becomes law.

IF 439 gets more yes votes than no votes, AND more yes votes than 434 yes votes, it becomes law.

If either one becomes law, we institute a constitutional right to barbaric abortion.

God save the babies ! Like I said if everybody would just vote no for both of them there wouldn’t be a problem, but they have to argue over which ones to vote for which ones not too just drives me nuts

Duhhhhh! That's what the leftists, marxists, islamists want, back - to whittle away our Founding Principles, "Unique, Compound, Constitutional Republic. Then their democracy turns into tyranny!

No, if 434 passes it will not establish any right to abortion and the Unicameral can legislate to restrict it further.

434 does not protect preborn children.

It gives a woman permission to.abort.

The leg is not a place to put your trust. They are spineless.

We can argue about permission or right. The outcome is the same

Suddenly, because not, everybody will vote no for both of them and if everybody done that it would stop both of my correct or am I wrong? I think it should be against the law for them to write laws they don’t even make sense to try to confuse people and why do they have to have two of them anyway?

Uhhhhh, do you really trust the uniparty to word things as simple as Robert or yourself? I was hoodwinked by the legalese, lawfare of 434. Forgive me Jesus. Please hurry!

Amen🙏🙏 I soooo agree Larry! I’ve had so many people coming at me. It’s drove me nuts. I’d like to just not even go vote, but I know we have to. Lord, please make me make the right choices and decisions that please you because I do not want to do anything that will hurt you more than you’ve already been hurt by all the sins of the world
