Your Secretary of State LIED to you—and then BROKE THE LAW to cover up his lie.

Secretary of State Bob Enven claimed he conducted an investigation into our 2020 election. He made that claim in KETV interview footage here. (You can see excerpts of that footage here.)

I decided to call his bluff by filing a formal Public Records Request for evidence of such an investigation. (See my former post entitled “SoS Office Shenanigans” here.)

Evnen’s staff could not produce any evidence of his having conducted the alleged investigation.

But more importantly, Evnen and his staff broke the law by violating the statutory requirement of providing an honest response within four business days:

Nebraska Revised Statute 84-712
Public records; free examination; memorandum and abstracts; copies; fees.
(4) Upon receipt of a written request for access to or copies of a public record, the custodian of such record shall provide to the requester as soon as is practicable and without delay, but not more than four business days after actual receipt of the request…

Evnen broke the law and delayed telling the truth until after the election…for obvious reasons.

Why is 2020 so important?
Because the fraud was never so in-our-faces and obvious. And if the crooks aren’t held accountable for such obvious, flagrant, treasonous activity, then nothing will ever stop them. We will never have another honest election. Consent of the governed is dead. A big red wave in November??? Not unless the military steps in.
