I feel inadequate of myself to write to Monmouth County's Honorable Peter C. Harvey to encourage his serious scrutiny of ES&S as he conducts his investigation in New Jersey, but I won't wait very long to get something sent. What I'm trying to say is that my writing skills are going to leave a lot to be desired, but I feel it has to get done. Me doing it (goal is Thursday this week) is better than no one doing it. Let me know if you want me to wait for anyone to contribute

Subject: ES&S and the county investigation

Honorable Peter C. Harvey,

There is no other advantage of election machines so important that it should come at the expense of accuracy.

As a concerned citizen and resident of Nebraska, I hope you’ll accept my letter for your investigation of election problems. I ask you to consider the poor track record of ES&S election machine accuracy around the country. Whenever hand counts are conducted following ES&S machines counts, ES&S NEVER defends their machine accuracies. NEVER. They ALWAYS make some excuse about why their machine counts don’t match hand counts. I therefore ask you to agree with ES&S - that their machines do not count votes accurately.

I repeat this thought to ensure you realize the magnitude of this truth: There is no advantage of election machines more important than accuracy. Purported advantages of free, fair, secure, speed, and anything else are insidious distractions to the most important need for accuracy in elections.

ES&S worldwide headquarters are located in Omaha, NE. For counting votes the entire state uses ES&S products and services exclusively. Although ES&S is by far the largest of the election machine companies in the entire country, they do NOT have a stellar reputation here in their home state. The people of this state, those who are informed anyway, are trying to get ES&S machines eliminated in favor of hand counting. ES&S seems to be doing their absolute best to go under the radar in silence. This kind of attraction they have to darkness indicates to us that they are dishonest and fearful of exposure. We have been observing those mysterious election night counting shutdowns followed by race reversals then squeaky tight victories by candidates who were never ahead during election day counting, and we are doggone fed up with it!

Ballot counting accuracy is profoundly SACRED. I urge you not to be swayed by ES&S’ other distracting sales pitches for their products. It bears repeating and emphasis at the risk of sounding trite: accuracy cannot be sacrificed on the altars of any of their other sales pitches, especially that silly, shiny sales pitch of speed.

It is public knowledge that Scott County, IA is known to have proven ES&S equipment count problems in a legislative race last November. Maybe not so public is a precinct in South Dakota caught ES&S equipment miscounting, reported here: https://robertjborer.substack.com/p/breaking-news-in-sd. These machines are legally required to achieve error rates far, far below the error rates ES&S is tacitly admitting to by their silence to defend them. Worse for ES&S would be for them to attract attention trying and failing to defend the indefensible, but PLEASE challenge them to do so anyway for the sake of accurate elections.

Besides the accuracy problems, WI investigator the Honorable Michael Gableman states in his 2020 election investigative report that ES&S machines allowed suspicious election night remote logins and vote count tampering. Nebraska's handicapped booths were caught with ES&S wifi vulnerabilities. You can be sure these incidents are but a tiny fraction of ES&S' inexcusable and apparently malevolent anomalies.

Thank you!

My sentiments exactly but you express them better! Thank you! Another coincidence? Just so happens my randparents many times back lined in Upper Freehold, Monmouth County NJ. Much info yet to gather, but my GF and two? sons fought in the Rev War. Some in the Continental Army, some in the Militia. The name Captain John Covenhoven (S?) Comes up but haven't gotten out there yet to research.

Also - yesterday I spoke at both the Douglas Co. Board of Commissioners and the Omaha City Council - not many citizens there! And in the evening at the Omaha Public Schools - 'SPECIAL MEETING" - (BASICALLY THEIR LOBBYING AT THE STATE LEGISLATURE). I was the only citizen there! No small wonder - as there was not much "notice" and usually meet on a Monday! Not to mention that 6;))PM or the usual 6:30 meeting time is NOT very convenient for working PARENTS ...!

My primary topic yesterday was, again - the NE Open Meetings Act and the lack of uniformity in interpretation and application by various Ne political bodies. That and outside actors, Nat'l and local Associations of ....encourages them to constantly look for ways to limit or eliminate "Citizen Comments" at these so called open meetings.

The most recent attempts were in Fremont Ne and the new City Council (news stories on the Fremont Tribune). All are currently rushing to get their pet projects into, or defeated, the new laws being introduced.

My other topic was and is the recent election and denying the deniers. Uh - if there was no fraud, mass irregulartiy - then why all the election law bills introduced in Ne and across the USA? Duhhh! Time is very short. Get involved!

I won't expound here but you can go to their official websites to playback (supposedly) the videos - often done on Utube! Uhhhh??? Note that their don't think they have to respond to citizens "petitioning" their Gov't! I did point out that At a hearing last week at the Legislature, and recently in Fremont - the elected ones were much more friendly and open with their citizens - and did not use Sheriffs Deputies to enforce their "Rules" for citizen behavior. (doesn't apply to them!).

Made the Ch 6 neoon news 2/1/23.) Oh my - the S-A-A's wore Red Coats and behaved themselves also, and the official State Patrol were't ordered to remove anyone? NOT So In Omaha - they aren't as citizen oriented! And in Fremont I saw no uniformed officers - CC was generally friendly, like at the State!

Robert, it is time to call out Edison Research. They are the nationwide clearing house of election results. They are most assuredly complicit. My links to a researcher's studies of them have gone blank. They still show up in google's cache, though: https://partisan.space/72-million-americans-want-to-know-if-their-votes-were-counted-the-media-isnt-interested-in-helping-them-find-out/ and https://partisan.space/did-edison-research-just-reveal-the-largest-election-fraud-in-history/

This topic is the right time for me to offer this link: https://www.bitchute.com/video/UGEsVLgqcuCO/

It is hard to follow until 1 hour into it, so feel free to start there. Choose a speed up to 4x as desired.

It is about deep state maneuvering since CIA was formed, up to and after the election thievery of Ukraine's last "election"
