Imagine….No answer from any elected official? Wonder why. Maybe there’s no credible answer against truth! I’m praying their conscience is seared, they experience sleepless nights (or nightmares), and the truth will overcome their deranged excuses for unacceptable behavior.
Other related, supporting, and interesting page hits I found in about an hour:
RINO and leftist perspective news: https://thevotingnews.com/ (where is found the June 2, 2023 claim by Bob Zeidman "...the data Lindell LLC provided … unequivocally did not reflect November 2020 election data..." is supposed proof Lindell was wrong)
NY state uses ES&S and Dominion products and/or services: (accessed June 7, 2023 8:54pm CDST)
ES&S is the local voter registration vendor for 4 local boards of elections, covering more than two million voters. Their staff will participate throughout the development process, providing input and identifying the changes to their system software necessary to accommodate the goals of the NY USE Program"
and on page 29:
"ES&S will modify its voter registration application and its
interface with NYSVoter to support the additional data and logic
required for supporting the MOVE Act requirements."
If I can make it to the mtg, I've decided to speak to the issue of them calling a private session. Their stated purpose was so vague that they open themselves to be labeled as "tone deaf" in light of the highly charged ES&S topic brought before them by the public in their past 3 meetings.
"For the purpose of pending and potential litigation and legal advice and to protect the public interest" fails to abide by state law because of the added word "potential". The law says "pending" and doesn't say "potential". Someone HAS to challenge them on this IF that executive session was triggered in any way by public comments before them about election or machine integrity or fraud.
It's the next day now, and I'm still wondering how the world's problems I saw yesterday are to be fixed and where I fit into the solution. At this point all I can say is "wow" and "I think it will take me more than a week to compose something to make the difference". It will need to be God that opens eyes...through us, of course.
Last Tuesday's. After ya'll spoke and left the mtg. That same link to YouTube that you posted, just change the ending number of seconds of that link to 4629
Based on Matt Schulte's comments to us in the hallway, he seems to want machines counting the ballots because they can count them more accurately than people can. I'll grant him that much. They can. I think we need to focus on the fact that the machines should be allowed to PROVE they can count more accurately than people...VOLUNTEERS!!!!!! We've never allowed the machines to do that. I think we should assure him that our concerns and protests will continue until that happens, and will only increase. The volunteers should be allowed to challenge the machines in a race where a candidate is running who is outspoken against ES&S or some other issue where ES&S is compelled to put their finger on the scales. This is what happened with Ian Swanson's legislature race in 2016. Ian beat the incumbent in the primary and was leading solidly in the general until the machines got shut down for a few hours after dark. Can we find someone to run against Matt on that issue? Let his own race be that challenge race.
Tag, Robert. Remember, that issue at the forefront and in ES&S's face.
What went on behind closed doors there, does anyone know if it had anything to do with election corruption? The meeting went into executive session "for the purpose of pending and potential litigation and legal advice and to protect the public interest" then ended executive session 25 minutes later with an unnamed gal remaining standing at the podium from which members of the public address the commission. I sure hope I can attend the next mtg, and I want to know if election corruption is presently on any member's radar. (I haven't viewed commission meeting videos of past meetings, yet)
Research is clearly a gift of the spirit given to you Your speaking ability also an attribute.
Well done presentation.
What's frustrating is they don't care. You can show them clear concise evidence and never will they admit fault. They can't and won't.
They know they lie, cheat, but their moral decay is void of any remaining good conscience .
Answer ??? We do what we can and wait for
God's timing to deliver his promises .
ARMOR up and stay engaged.
Very well said. Amen.
Typo on month. This was just this past Tues.

You in Lancaster Co, me at Douglas County 6/6/23 but do you think they listen? Care?
Nope. But people watch. It's for them.

I'm lost, Ken. Which executive session?
The word "imminent" is in the written rules, but not the word "potential". By using the word "imminent" the rules are obvious that there had to be an explicit threat of litigation, not a mere fear of it. See https://ago.nebraska.gov/open-meetings#CLOSED-SESSIONS-OF-A-PUBLIC-BODY
Sorry I had to run on you this morning. Thank you for coming over.
