Elections aren't built on trust. They're built on real verifiable voters and real verifiable vote counts. Nebraska has a couple of idiots in the SOS office.
Then down at the very end: Dr. Frank will be in York Tuesday. That made my mouth and eyes open wide and my head swing back!
I found some ammo for you related to what you hammer on in the beginning here: https://commissioners.douglascounty-ne.gov/board-meetings. The very second sentence says "Having a secretary to the board who is outside of their control is a constitutional check and balance to ensure that public meetings' open records laws are followed." It applies to election commissioner check and balance also. It's good to see the concept officially embraced as supporting evidence available for you, if you want it. (Thanks to Larry Storer for mentioning that page)
Also:
According to Sam Lyon, Lancaster county's GOP chair, the supposed "random" audits of precincts are not random at all. Instead, the only precincts that are eligible for these audits are those that appear on their face to be totally in order. Excluded first from being chosen for audit are those precincts that have some characteristics of or are characteristic of fraud. Is this true? Sam said he knows this from his first hand presence, observation, questioning and receiving answers to this effect from election officials. If true, the very precincts disqualified from post election random audits are the ones most needing to be looked into for fraud.
Another great one Robert cannot thank you enough and Kenneth and everyone always has such good things. And exposing all the rats. I want to see us go back to small government ! I want to get rid of all the three letter agencies! Get rid of all the crap our forefathers never intended in our government or state government!

Excellent...let me get back to reading this later.
Mistake on the Frank meeting in York. I corrected it. It's Tuesday. Putting out another short substack shortly. Thanks for the info!
