Dear Friends,
I sent the following Public Records Request to our SoS office (Ashlee is the designated PRR person in the office):
I initially got the reply below, which made it apparent to me they were giving themselves more time to figure out how to respond, since their ballots don’t have any security features:
A week later, I got this reply:
Yesterday, I decided to do an internet search for the “Ballot Production Guide” they didn’t want me to see. It came right up. So I returned fire (and included most of the people in the SoS office in on the email):
Subject: Ballot Production Guide
Ashlee & Co.,
There's nothing in the Ballot Production Guide about any security features that would prevent a ballot from being counterfeited/copied and used as a real ballot:

Add in the secret hackable tabulator software and hardware, and poorly managed voter rolls, and unverifiable "results" — and you think we should trust our SoS office?????????????
It would have been better if Colleen had just been honest with you so you could be honest with me.
Yours Truly
Moral of the Story? There’s more than one way to make a Public Records Request work for you. They know I know I caught them with their pants down and lying.
Just thought I’d share.
God bless,
Robert J. Borer
