At the next county commissioners' meeting I intend to prove implied contract, BUT we must not talk about any lawsuit because that would force them never to talk to us again except through their attorney. So let's be careful. I figure the livestream can just trigger threat of forceful legal action in other jurisdictions, not Lincoln.
