Dear Friends, In lieu of testifying, I just sent the following to the members of the Government Committee taking testimony on “election” bills this afternoon. I’ll leave you with exactly what I wrote—I actually sent it to every member of the legislature and several members of the SoS office (and now I need to get ready to go down there):
Funny you mention article 1-22, that is exactly what I am filing lawsuit on with the missing 25,000 mail in ballots. I'm currently grabbing more documents through FOIA and hope to get it eventually moved to a class action lawsuit! You in?
