Words and lawfare are a long and painful road that I gladly grasped on to naively and without concern for the time…… “Time is the currency we spend without ever knowing our balance”. Bob, I truly wish you well and feel I need to share this.

Ron, can you elaborate on that quote?

The last part of the quote says “ use it wisely”. I couldn’t paste it here so I texted it to you. I wouldn’t want to ever tell you what you “should do”. I only wanted to share my experience that I wouldn’t do again.

This point I'm making will be considered mute, but nonetheless, the position of the SOS and election commissions is that it is the TOTAL write-in vote count that will always be reported, and only if the threshold is met for the TOTAL WRITE-INS will the breakdown per candidate be reported. I just don't want you to get caught up into a discussion with the state stuck on them thinking you don't understand that, and then getting into some wasted and frustrating tail-chasing.

How did you come by that, Ken? It makes no sense. Not for a state-wide race, or any other race. And why should we take their word?

The fact remains, they said my votes would be counted, period.

1008 is horribly written and unconstitutional.

If the write-in vote in the county **for a person** pursuing a write-in campaign pursuant to section 32-615 or 32-633 totals less than five percent of the vote for such office in the county and the election commissioner or county clerk **believes** that such vote will not impact the outcome of the election, the number of write-in votes for that office may be counted and listed together as one total.

It switches from "the write-in vote in the county for ***a person" to "write in votes for that office."

And "believes" should have nothing to do with it.

Not counting all votes for all official candidates is disenfranchising voters.

In anyone's opinion, you paying full price like any other candidate should entitle you to have your vote numbers known and recorded officially down to the individual vote. You paying full price makes your race NOT the scenario for which to apply the normal policy that was told to me by Brian Kruse, in any rational person's thinking. The county clerks probably applied the normal policy to your race when they should not have, due to some communication failure. Or worse, of course.

On "electioneering, the statute says nothing about "...within 200 ft. Or yards of ..."! BK added that himself but at the EC Office where lines were long there were no signs, rules posted outside.

Just inside the door there was a small sign with the rules? But also a huge stack of the LWV (non paŕtisan?) Voter guide mags! ..scu se mmm eeee!

Ken: This is info that our Sheriff needs (along with my other recent post) to persue an investigation of our Douglas County EC.

Please join me in this as our votes were also denied.

The State Legislature, Federal Gov and their Assoc. Of S of S's group (.....).

The real "Deniers" of 2020 also ! Were your votes counted? ANNOUNCED?

ISN'T THE DC BOARD also complacit? They have refused my many requests for WTP to make a formal "Presentation" (Petition) before them!

They work for us?, WTP and we pay for that bldg....!

The upcoming reveal per Patrick Byrne will render this discussion pretty much mute: The same ol' computer cheating via internet from Serbia of 2022, 2020 and before was attempted on Nov 5, and white hats stopped it from happening. When the reveal happens all of these discussions should pale in comparison. My mind is caught up trying to sense how I can clear out the fraud deniers from the County Board, but most of all keep my name as the only legit candidate and even Board member.

You can watch Patrick disclose some of what he knows on Rumble by searching for his name, sorting the results by date, and watch videos from last Friday (maybe Thursday) to the present. He said it was the first time he went public with those details. I came by this directly and in person from the lips of Brian Kruse in November 2023 while observing his proposal for a recount method at the election commission.
