Dear Friends, The Underwood-elected elitist Pillen administration showed its true colors last week when they threw a saint from the “Second House” in jail. That’s right. Lieutenant Governor Joe Kelly, who presides over the Legislature, ordered the balconies emptied last Friday during floor “debate” over butchering kids (i.e., allowing “doctors” to “transition” kids to another “gender” so they can’t reproduce…it’s part of the depopulation agenda of the globalists) after radicals on the Left couldn’t control themselves.

I didn't know about Dana Severs being arrested. I think we should obey police orders. They didn't need any more headaches that day. I was in the balcony and didn't want to leave either but I wanted to show the officers that I was respecting them. However, I did fire off a letter to Lt. Gov. Kelly as follows.
"Dear Lt. Governor Kelly,
I was at the State Capitol twice last week to hear debate on LB574. I was sitting peacefully in the observation balcony on the proponent's side when the people in opposition made an uproar. All the peaceful proponent observers on my side were all forced to leave along with the troublemaking opponents.
Your order to clear everyone including those just sitting peacefully and listening was an injustice and violation of our First Amendment right to peacefully assemble. It seemed ludicrous to me that on Tuesday you allowed hundreds of people to shout and stamp their feet in the rotunda and didn't boot them out. Maybe you didn't want to "hurt their feelings" or provoke an even bigger riot. I don't know. I just think respectful conservatives shouldn't be treated the same as out of control and dangerous protestors.
The next time this kind of thing happens, I urge you to think carefully about your oath to uphold the constitution and our rights as lawful citizens.

The day may come for us to disobey police orders and reassert our rights under the Constitution. I'm not sure were there yet. That's not to say I think Dana was wrong. She must follow her conscience. I respect her for boldness. May God give us wisdom in the days ahead.

As I see current events like Dominion announcing their shutting down of business, we may have just crested the hill. I'll be watching ES&S' response to Dominion leaving to see if ES&S foresees a brighter or a dimmer future for them, given the leaving of their main "competitor".
