Dear Friends,
Here’s the short testimony of a personal friend of mine who tried to watch the “counting” of votes in a recent election:
I was not allowed to have my phone. I was barricaded some 15-20 behind the *back* of the tabulator. The counting board handling the ballots was even further away, at about 25 feet. I couldn’t see a single marking on a ballot as they were handling them.
This happened in a Nebraska county.
Obviously, my friend didn’t get to watch anything. Watchfulness has been completely taken away from us, and taken away at the point where it matters most—our elections!!!
The obvious big question is, Why? What are they hiding? What was this county election official hiding?
The obvious big answer is, Dishonesty. She was obviously engaging in some form of dishonesty…aka fraud.
Honesty isn’t afraid of the light, only dishonesty is.
My friend could not even watch our votes get inserted into the dark, black box, secret “counting” machine (assuming they weren’t pushing through pre-filled ballots, or blank ballots that they could adjudicate the way they wanted).
Needless to say, neither was she allowed to audit or verify anything.

Someone recently asked me for a Public Records Request template. I gave them a rhetorical knife. I’ll share that soon.
For now, I want to share a revision of my last substack that I sent to state and local officials across Nebraska on Thursday. See below.
letter
Subject: Are Evnen and Bena trustworthy?
Officials-
Nebraska’s top two "election administrators" have been worried about trust.
They've been so worried about trust that they decided to double down on gaslighting voters. The sole reason they recently opted to “audit” a higher percentage of precincts was a lack of trust on the part of voters.
There was never any real logic to this idea that a few additional so-called “audits” were going to boost trust. Rather, it was a calculated effort on their part to further gaslight/psychologically manipulate voters into trusting them and their dark machines.
In other words, Evnen and Bena launched a psychological attack, against their fellow citizens:
"We are the election experts. We care about you. We care about your vote. See our extra effort. The machine counts are right. You should trust us."
Any communist propaganda machine would be proud.
There's only one problem. Their plan...their psyop...didn't work. There are too many loud mouths out here telling the truth about electronic "elections" and how easy they are to manipulate.
There are also too many loud mouths out here telling the truth about how government in general is supposed to work (i.e., honestly and with transparency).
For those reasons, the seductive idea that Evnen and Bena tried to sell to voters, namely, that they care and We the People should trust them, didn't gain any traction whatsoever. It was a fool's errand.
No where in our Constitution, our statutes, common sense or anywhere else, are we called, or required, to trust anyone in government. Our Founders would have laughed at the suggestion. They studied history and well understood that power can easily become intoxicating, and bring out the worst in people. Therefore they created a compound constitutional republic, with a compound system of checks and balances.
But those checks and balances can fail, and obviously have failed. Government is now largely protecting and serving itself over and against the Rights of the People, and it's been going on for a long time.
Where has that left We the People? It left us with trying to bring back government accountability through Citizen Watchfulness.
Nebraska's motto is: “The Salvation of the State is Watchfulness in the Citizen” (not “Trust in the Citizen").
So we started trying to Watch. Literally. We asked for CVRs. We asked for transparent hand counts. We asked for all kinds of things.
And what happened?
We were shut down. Evnen and Bena doubled down with their secrecy and darkness. They insisted that our votes be “counted” in darkness, i.e., in a closed, computerized black box that is programmed by people who obviously love darkness the same way they do.
Evnen and Bena have forced these machines on us. This makes them malevolent dictators, no matter how much they smile.
There's only one reason for this kind of behavior—evil deeds. They are hiding and protecting evil deeds under the cover of darkness.
Obviously, none of this was EVER supposed to be. Vote-counting is a public affair. The People have a right to transparency and verifiability in their elections. The outcome of elections affect every part of our lives, for better or worse.
As it stands right now, with the likes of people like Evnen and Bena at the helm of our elections, our Liberty is in grave danger. The charade can't continue for much longer.
Trusting a bank is one thing. They count our money and do so in front of us. The only trust we must exercise is that they safely and securely store it. But they have a good record for doing so, so trust really isn't an issue.
Evnen and Bena, on the other hand, can't be trusted, because they take our votes and count them in the darkness somewhere, and then tell us who we voted for, with no evidence whatsoever. Meanwhile, the rich get richer and the poor get poorer. (Again, elections affect everything. And the people stealing them are doing so for their selfish 'wealth-being.')
How do you suppose We Citizens bring Salvation to our State when our elections are being hijacked? The options are very limited. There's the largely compromised courts. There's the somewhat compromised military. And then there's the Declaration, which recognizes the Right of We the People to alter or abolish any Form of Government directly ourselves, when that government demonstrates a long disregard for our God-given rights. (Stay tuned.)
The is one other option. A good governor could declare a State of Emergency over Election Interference and we could start having transparent and verifiable elections within weeks, but we don't have a good governor. It's really too bad. It would be such an easy fix.
county election officials not off the hook
It is incumbent upon every election official in Nebraska who took an oath to our Constitution to take a stand on our “elections.” They must either “yay” or “nay” the process by which our elections are being conducted. If they do neither, the default position is “yay,” which amounts to saying, "We profess that our elections are secure and accurate."
Qui non negat, fatetur is the applicable Latin maxim of law: "he who does not deny, admits," or “he who does not repel a wrong when he can, occasions it," or “an unrebutted affidavit becomes a judgment in commerce.”
In other words, every election official in this state who refuses to stand up to Evnen and Bena and their dark, closed, black box counting process is guilty of committing election misconduct, because we know for a fact that you are certifying elections, the accuracy of which they have no personal knowledge of.
“Evnen said so” and “Bena said so” won’t be valid get-out-of-jail-free cards. Responsibility for sound elections is assumed upon taking the election official’s oath of office.
Choose wisely.

P.S.
Our Founders recognized the right of We the People to be the ultimate check and balance on tyranny. Secret vote-counting is tyranny. It must end.
"A well regulated Militia, being necessary to the security of a free State, the right of the people to keep and bear Arms shall not be infringed." -US Constitution|
(In other words, the Militia is We the People.)

"And this is the condemnation, that light is come into the world, and men loved darkness rather than light, because their deeds were evil." (Joh 3:19)

"Wicked and adulterous election officials seek after trust; and there shall no trust be given unto them…" (anon)
[end of letter]
I changed it enough that I thought it was worth sharing again.
The future of politics in America, if we are to survive, is state politics, with true Leader-Governors and the People in Control through Transparent and Verifiable Elections.
Of course, we have to return to God first. Making the pursuit of money and fun primary in our lives is what got us into this very serious mess.
God bless,

Sad that even during audit proceedings they keep veils in place.
You know I'm stumped..they know we know they cheated. Justice will be done yet their lies just keep compounding.. I guess they figure they can only burn once ...but do they realize they won't escape ?
Your Govenor solution was good.. never realized that as an option. Will send that question to him. Thank you.
Legal citizens and elected or appointed gov't officials that just shrug their shoulders, feel, and state that "it is what it is" and take no action, are also guilty of violating their oaths, so, they can also be charged - at least as accomplices!
How do you plead? Evidence to the contrary?
