Dear Friends,
Eric Underwood, the novice NEGOP driver, just crashed and burned. See his official, just-released letter here.
The letter contains lots of fearmongering, utter nonsense (aka gibberish…that many people are having a hard time deciphering), gross misinformation and, last but not least, a really lame attempt to delegitimize our campaign of government of, by and for the People.
Before he gets into all of that, though, Eric starts out by trying to make the case that it’s not about WHO we vote for that matters, but WHY we vote.
HOW SILLY.
The “why” always leads to the “who.” They can’t be disconnected.
Such an argument can only be born of fear and desperation.
Now to the fearmongering, utter nonsense, and gross misinformation part. (Sorry, I can’t separate them, they’re all intertwined.)
Eric tries to make it sound like you are going to lose the other votes on your ballot if you enter a write-in vote for us. How utterly ridiculous.
No such thing happens.
All votes for names on a given ballot get “counted” by the machine. If there’s a write-in vote on that ballot, that ballot gets diverted so that the write-in vote can be counted manually. The machines cannot read a write-in name. (It remains to be seen whether they can read anything, but they certainly can’t read a write-in name.)
Now to the lame attempt to delegitimize our campaign.
Eric makes a naked attempt to write us off. He completely begs the question of the legitimacy of a write-in candidacy. (In making this naked attempt, he only writes himself off.)
A write-in candidacy is just as valid as any other candidacy. There are seven sections to our Election Act (Chapter 32 of our Revised Statutes) that address write-in campaigns. Search the page for yourself.
Write-in campaigns are made for just such a time as this, when corruption runs so deep, so far and so wide.
Eric needs to take a class in critical thinking. After that, he needs to take a class in honesty.
The fact remains, Eric and his fellow party “leaders” failed to give the voters of Nebraska a viable candidate. And now they are running scared.
Party leaders should demand Eric’s resignation. His letter only revealed how utterly weak, scared and naked the party is.
I’ll leave you with this:
God bless.
For love of God, Country and Family,
Your humble servant,

I guess his letter didn't work because I'm writing in Robert J. Borer for governor. The rest of my votes are not negated by doing so-I've written in candidates before. What utter nonsense.
The NEGOP picked the way wrong time to do dirty politics with Herbster. You see, after 2020, we're watching what happens. We're paying attention now. In their supreme arrogance, they thought that dissatisfaction with the Democrats wrecking America would a) cover their dirty politics and b) force the people to vote for the unviable, establishment, garbage candidate they decided to run.
But a funny thing happened on the way to the polls. See...we also happened to notice that the establishment GOP did NOTHING to curb the Democrat excesses during the plandemic. That the establishment GOP differs from the Democrats only faintly in tone and content. And we really noticed when the establishment GOP pulled a dirty political hit job on the candidate the people chose.
Whatever happens today, we've got them running scared. And the people who mean to be in power being scared of those they mean to have power over is exactly what the Founders intended.
We're watching now.
Praying for you and the hearts of voters. Regardless of what happens tomorrow, the battle goes on, and your contribution and efforts are very appreciated.
