NE SoS colludes with subversives to destroy liberty
Dear Friends - I just sent the following letter to our “government” at all levels:
Dear Friends/Concerned Citizens and Public Servants-
Still no explanation from Wayne Bena regarding the gross discrepancies (fraud) in the Mandatory Manual Audits from the Lancaster County 2020 General Election. You can see the problem here: https://robertjborer.substack.com/p/lancaster-county-election-audit-fraud . It demands an explanation.
Moving on.
Bob Evnen and his election deputy Wayne Bena have a contract with a private agency called Center for Internet Security Inc (CIS). The contract is for Albert Monitoring Services. It cost taxpayers $224,280.00. The contract is worse than worthless. (See contract here.)
CIS is anything but a center for internet security. In the words of Ret AF Col and cyber security expert Shawn Smith, CIS and their Albert Sensors are a "unified attack surface" that can facilitate an attack upon our elections on a national scale with a very small number of bad actors.

Keep in mind that Bena is a member of NASED, which is depicted in slide 2 (of the 3 min video above). Evnen belongs to NASS.
Neither organization likes to be transparent. Both are completely on board with calling the 2020 election "the most secure in American history." See here. And finally, both are committed to fighting transparency and verifiability in our elections...which is the same as fighting against the People they swore to protect.

The following article seems to sum up, in one place, the BIG PICTURE, regarding all the suspicions and denials of, at the very least , the irregularities (which cannot be tolerated) surrounding the 2020 elections. I charge each of you to flood your elected and appointed officials and representatives with this article pus those of your own, to force action, investigation, now - before, not after the next election. My observances, experiences, lately at these (at more than just Douglas Co.) as recently as yesterday - have led me to this individual "Citizen's Petition" to force the issue. (We the People must - "When that Government ....then it is YOUR right, YOUR duty, to ....." applies to all forms, levels, forms of "Government!". i.e. within the intent, of the Supreme, US Constitution !)

YEA!!!!! I REALLY want to be there, too! I wish I could share the angle of implied-in-fact contract! Yes, I understand they have their own idea they'll disclose, but it could still be possible that the implied-in-fact contract idea has a place somewhere.
