Lancaster County Election Audit Fraud?

Before I address the subject above, I would like to encourage you read this short page and then watch this short video (2 min).
Now then, I just sent the letter below. It’s a much simpler version of something I previously sent, but got no answer to. Let’s hope someone replies this time.
Subject: Lancaster County Election Audit Fraud?
Dear AG Hilgers,
I still have not received an explanation from Wayne Bena (or anyone else) for the huge discrepancy between the number of ballots cast and the number of ballots "audited" in two Lancaster County Precincts after the 2020 General Election.
I obtained the Mandatory Manual Audit reports, via Public Records Request, for Lancaster County Precincts 1A and 9F-10.
For Precinct 1A, the hand-count report says 313 ballots were counted/"audited." See below:
The Lancaster County machine-count report by precinct found here, says 645 ballots were cast in Precinct 1A.
That's 332 precinct ballots unaccounted for in the so-called audit.
For Precinct 9F-10, the hand-count report says 322 ballots were counted/"audited." See below:
The Lancaster County machine-count report by precinct, again found here, says 606 ballots were cast in Precinct 9F-10.
That's 284 precinct ballots unaccounted for in the so-called audit.
Lancaster County Commissioners have not been helpful at all in holding Bena accountable for his failure to administer fair, honest, transparent, publicly verifiable, full-ballot-chain-of-custody, constitutional elections.
Nor has Sheriff Wagner, our highest "elected" oath-sworn law enforcement officer.
Please advise.

I spoke today at the Douglas County Commissioners re the elections, you, A Requested "Presentation" by "We the People", and the "Special Meeting" at Lancaster County 7/11! Among a couple other items of interest at Douglas County. I began with comments during "Citizen Comments" for the B of E. at the beginning.

Listen also to the little Spanish marxist guy at 27 min 29 secs and at 1 hr 15 min! Also (his tag along advisor) the older (Jewish) teacher/marxist? at 32 min 16 secs. (an expert on Parlimentary "point of priviledge" - from the previous mtg, and my comments about that earlier!
Keeping this short - scroll through the rest for why the Republic needs to be restored (and they should lead the way but don't). Please say so if I am out of line speaking your name, but I hear no one else in my circles of "so called conservatives"!
The articials and clips are troubling signs of the times we all need to be aware of.

Our government enities seem to have a response labor shortage as questions continually go unanswered. If we are provided with no answers then we must keep asking.
