I stood up before the Lancaster County Board again this morning, seeking not only to hold the Board accountable, but also our County sheriff and Lincoln mayor.

For the Kearney area tonight
The Kearney City Council votes on a Resolution this evening that affirms their intent to unconstitutionally infringe on/deny your “inherent and inalienable” right as citizens to defend themselves. I sent them a letter on Sunday. You can find that letter here.
I encourage everyone in the Kearney area to show up and make a statement by your simple presence, if by nothing else.
A simple show of numbers means a lot. Grab your family, friends and neighbors, and just show up.
When you get there (or afterward via video recording), look for a strong and impassioned statement by the Mayor opposing the Resolution. He may be running for Lowe’s legislative seat. And you want someone in that seat who is much stronger than Lowe and will actually support our State Constitution as our “frame of government,” to which all legislation must align, or be rendered null and void.

Since this county board does not like to engage county citizens, I will speak directly to the county citizens.
County citizens—We have a county board that happily engages [at length] city bureaucrats and election fraudsters like Wayne Bena and Todd Wiltgen, but refuses to engage common county citizens.
We have a county board that does not represent the county. It has no rural representation.
In effect, we don't have a county board at all. We have a county board in-name-only.
This county board in-name-only thinks they do such a fantastic job...that they have given themselves full-time wages and benefits for part-time work.
The worst part of it is that somehow, the power hungry mayor of Lincoln, who buys votes from employees of the city departments that she likes by promising them better taxpayer-funded wages and benefits, has managed to own this county board, just like she managed to own the sheriff's office...during the very destructive riots of 2020 and the three year covid plan to destroy local small businesses.
Let me repeat...^
She would not let the sheriff do his job. Unfortunately, the sheriff could have done his job. But choose to listen to the lesser magistrate, the mayor.
I don’t know what everyone’s afraid of with regard to her.
We have a serious problem in Lancaster County, County Citizens, and that is an incestuous relationship between city and county government, whereby city government dominates and city government serves itself.
Tons of money flowed into Lancaster county during the covid scam, and it all went to the Mayor's pet projects and incestuous special interests.
And now I'll refer to the remedy.
When in the Course of human events, it becomes necessary for one people to dissolve the political bands which have connected them with another, and to assume among the powers of the earth, the separate and equal station to which the Laws of Nature and of Nature's God entitle them, BECAUSE that “other people” no longer believes that all men are created equal; that all men are endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable Rights, among which are Life, Liberty and the pursuit of Happiness; that no longer believes that governments are instituted by the consent of the governed to serve and protect and secure the rights of the People….
…because of this, the remedy, then, is that whenever any Form of Government becomes destructive of these ends, and of our rights, it is the Right of the People to alter and [or] to abolish it, and to institute new Government, laying its foundation on such principles and organizing its powers in such form, as to them shall seem most likely to effect their Safety and Happiness.
Prudence, indeed, will dictate that Governments long established should not be changed for light and transient causes; and accordingly all experience hath shewn, that mankind are more disposed to suffer, while evils are sufferable, than to right themselves by abolishing the forms to which they are accustomed.
But when a long train of abuses and usurpations, pursuing invariably the same Object evinces a design to reduce them under absolute Despotism, it is their right, it is their duty, to throw off such Government, and to provide new Guards for their future security.
