Fact Friday: The Lancaster County Election Commission will keep the ballots from the Primary Election for twenty-two months as required by law. These ballots constitute the cast vote record. There is no requirement to create an additional record of images of the same ballots. Comments have been turned off for this post.
I filed a Public Records Request for “a digital copy of the legal and/or technical document that allows [him] to come to that conclusion and make that claim.”
Yesterday I got my response:
“Our Office has searched the records in our custody, and it has been determined the records of our Office do not contain records matching your request.”
In other words, he’s just being a stooge for the SoS office and ES&S.
After making a fool out of him, I turned around and filed the same request with the SoS office last night (since they are the source of the claim):

Wayne Bena [deputy SoS] said otherwise in July of 2023 before the Lancaster County Board:
"Cast vote records are a capability of the system we have purchased, it is not something we utilize."
Every source quoted in the postscript below says otherwise.
Therefore, I am hereby requesting, pursuant to Nebraska Public Records Law § 84-712 et seq., the following:
–a digital copy of the authoritative source document used by the SoS office from either ES&S, the EAC or NIST to assert that paper ballots constitute cast vote records as defined by NIST.
“Now the Spirit speaketh expressly, that in the latter times some shall depart from the faith, giving heed to seducing spirits, and doctrines of devils; Speaking lies in hypocrisy; having their conscience seared with a hot iron;” (1Ti 4:1-2)
“[T]here is nothing covered, that shall not be revealed; neither hid, that shall not be known.” (Luk 12:2)
These traitors are going to be held accountable, unless they repent, and I don’t see that happening any time soon. They are in love with their money and bribes.
Fear not Robert, Ezekiel 9 tells what happens to those who prostitute their office or position of power for personal gain while leading the public astray. Note that the Lord commands them to start at the temple; the supposed place of worship of Him. Our churches have failed as a whole; their corruption has naturally bled into public offices like Evnen and company. Galatians 6:7 still rules; they, and their ilk, will reap what they have sown.
