We know this is probably very upsetting news, but it's our job to make sure that YouTube is a safe place for all.
I'm vague, but IF voters have a right to secrecy of their cast ballot, it would stand to reason they also have all other rights over their cast ballot. I guess I'll have to research that. I'll also be demanding ES&S not handle my cast ballot. Hopefully tomorrow I'll have a statement composed to serve county and election commission. I guess that means I'll not go to Lincoln.
Nebraska Constitution Article VI section 6 "All votes shall be by ballot or by other means authorized by the Legislature whereby the vote and the secrecy of the elector's vote will be preserved."
My right to secrecy is not preserved when my cast ballot is given to anyone who I've explicitly demanded NOT be allowed to know my ballot selections, some private company without supervision who I've not vetted and approved, who can write their own software to determine or not what my ballot selection are.

Qquestion: Can individual voters simply notify election officials in some enfoceable way that ES&S is prohibited from touching my ballot?
Not that I know of.
