Uhhh - not being a LAWyer - 1.) Elections and methods of ... - are States Rights matters - I.E. not covered in the Constitution, so reserved to the states. 2.) Who authorized whom, in our state, to accept or request Federal Dollars - which brings Federal rules and control? 3.) Whom coughs up the $ When Federal $ end or are denied for future elections and whom should have reinstituted state and local methods (voted on by we the people)??? So all those statutes are void and w/o standing? Tar and Feathers? Bob's "petitions" repeatedly dened,..... so "...it is your right , your duty, to ....! Revolution or A convention of we the cities and states of NE - to "petition" for a new statewide election and insert proposed amendments to replace our state constitution, and or leadership - for ignoring the U S Constitution?
