I’m surprised the lawyers are not getting wealthy off this travesty!

We are not alone in this fight! First, God is with us (which is probably be enough said). But have you researched how many other states are now dealing with this same issue?! I can’t remember them all, but, as I said, we are not alone. Let’s pray like crazy that together we can cause effective change!!,

Yes! Every state in the union is dealing with the same issue.

Something in your fantastic post here got me thinking, envisioning the early days of our republic and how it could have succeeded being a totally lone example in all the world of this type of government.

1. To say it was a Christian nation says most of it

2. The farther from Christian it strayed, the more the legal system depended on written ("explicit") laws ("Knowing this, that the law is not made for a righteous man, but for the lawless..." 1 Timothy 1:9). Explicit laws are in contrast to implied law ("This is the covenant that I will make with them after those days, saith the Lord, I will put my laws into their hearts, and in their minds will I write them..." Hebrews 10:16) that is suitable for a Christian nation. Right now our legal system uses both in that court judgments often refer to "unconscionable" and "implied-in-fact" (and stands ready to refer to "implied-in-law")

3. By the same token, the farther from Christian it is straying, the less we maintain the connection with implied law. In fact, I took a college course in Ethics 101 fifteen or twenty years ago, and that PhD professor claimed not to know what a conscience was! Evidently he hadn't learned from the world's struggle against slavery and against Hitler. The world now must face another struggle of conscience, but this time I do expect we will come out the other side heading into a refreshingly glory-filled nation AND earth...and I do think as a part of that that our legal system should gravitate back to implied law. It can be done simply because we're already using it.

Correspondence from 2020 between EAC and ES&S

https://www.politico.com/f/?id=00000173-e9b5-d0bf-a17b-fdbfc0290000

I wonder if someone could spare the time to find the subtle deceits of ES&S in it. I'd say there is more than one, including that ES&S is trying to avoid admitting that they shipped modem-equipped DS200s to states that prohibit their connectivity. I'm hard at work on my notice of tort claim for serving tomorrow. God bless!

Np doubt. But we aren't allowed to verify.. How idiotic.

1. "...ES&S respectfully requests that the EAC not publicly disclose any information provided without first contacting ES&S to determine if such materials being requested contain ES&S proprietary and confidential information or links to such ES&S’ proprietary and confidential information."

Is EAC forced by this request to honor it? Maybe we need to FOIA those materials?

2. "Further, ES&S makes those states which allow for modeming fully aware that the modeming configuration has not been approved by the EAC."

This seems to be deflection that ES&S is WELL known for. The real question is 'Did ES&S ship any modems in DS200s to ANY customer without listing it on the invoice?' If so, ES&S would've covertly had to cover the cost of FirstNet connectivity as well.

3. "...modeming unofficial results..." appears several times as if to say their results carry no weight whatsoever, not even to be a starting point in the path of making results official.

4. "...DS200...is the only ES&S voting system unit which can allow for modeming of unofficial election results."

If we can prove THAT wrong, we'll be in great shape! I'm going to send this statement to Patrick with Cause Of America.

Hello Robert. Having technical problems trying to tell you things. I have knowledge that can help you. Im being censored now apparently and even from patriot sites but i wrote a document called “The Betrayal of our Country with the Removal of Transparency of Elections”. It’s 15 pages and yes it alludes to treason and those who knew something was going on and didn’t report it are guilty of misprision of treason/felony. Please send me an email at Gfreedomforall@outlook.com and I can directly provide you with some interesting facts and evidence for you

I'm now satisfied with the essence word-smithing of my notice of tort claim, so I plan on filing the claim later this morning against the county and the election commission, then announce it on Tuesday for 5 minutes.
