Here is a detail regarding comparing number of voters with number of ballots:
I'm not arriving at the exact equation, but apparently the "Number of Ballots" variable includes a second ballot for every Nonpartisan voter who requests to vote a partisan ballot - two because they vote a nonpartisan ballot plus a partisan ballot. I shall disclose no further right now....
I believe the video will re-appear later today. I saw the same happen with a Lancaster County video.
Right. The trick is to be very careful with the meaning of the word "ballots". Any fraud we speak of has to be in terms of "votes", not "ballots". Leah is looking at a discrepancy in number of "ballots". She needs to be very careful!!!!!! Can someone warn her?

I was present at todays LC Co. Mtg. And noticed they were not looking at Bob, probably not listening! I testified also, then went knocking on doors at the Capital ( one horse legislature). So there!

Our “election/vote” gurus are blind AND lazy! I wonder how much time they spend digging into this vs filing their nails. Well, if S. Dakota is any indication for what’s ahead, those guys better stock up on Depends!
And, I , with Douglas County 10/3/23 video (Board of Equalization, then Board Pres. and my own Commissar- which has not yet reappeared???). Seems that the first part is on more than one weeks videos. And recently they have displayed the"live"? broadcast (on cable/etc.) in the rear of the room - but there is a 20 second delay of the speakers words - this you won't know unless you were there in the room! I know the CC uses that, but the DCB doesn't??? There are live screens above the Podium area that are supposedly showing the speaker and screen in sync but that volume is not turned up as it would conflict with the in person speaker. In that case, the votes for a given race shouldn't surpass the number of voters in that race.

It depends. In a general election it would be one ballot per voter.
Let's not forget that ballots can be counterfeited as well.
I'd have to review what Leah said and which election she was talking about, and whether she was comparing apples to apples or not.
