I have to hit the road early in the morning so I’m pushing tomorrow’s edition out this evening.

I was told Dave Wright was interested in debating me. Here was my response:

Bxxx,

When I said I would get back to you with dates, the question of whether I even wanted to do the debate or not was still hanging in the balance.

I've since answered that question. I don't see the benefit. Dave couldn't get 4,000 signatures (even with my sig). I got a minimum of 72,000 votes (who knows what I really got, since there's no proof...maybe tens of thousands more).

Dave doesn't undertand the nature of the times we're in, nor the fundamental cause.. He's operating in the weeds, at the 10-500 ft level. I'm operating at 30,000 ft. There's nothing to gain by a debate, except to give Dave a little credibility in the eyes of those few supporting him.

I can tell you what I would do with the "weeds" issues. I would bring in "experts" from both ends of the spectrum on a given issue and let them debate. I would challenge both sides. The cream would rise to the top.

By doing so, I maintain an overarching view that protects the rights of the People, which are often lost sight of.

I don't have time to become an expert on every issue. Nor should I take time.

I'm very busy running around the state right now speaking to pissed off patriots who want to hear from a fighter they can depend on to defend their rights. I think I will continue to fill my time with those activities.

Debating “weeds” issues is something for another time.
