can we please get an indictment for the maladministration of elections?

Dear Friends,

It was early-to-rise and a busy morning again. Off to an invitation to join some men for breakfast in Omaha, followed by visiting an area Church and receiving an invitation from the Pastor to speak briefly to his large congregation. What a blessing.

Before I hit the road at 7:00 am though, I sent the following letter to Wayne Bena, our Secretary’s Deputy in charge of Elections. I had been waiting for a few days for God to give me a response to his letter, and it came early this morning. Here’s what I wrote:

Dear Mr. ES&S...er, I’m sorry, Mr. Bena,
Thank you for responding. I believe this is the first time you have responded to me. I appreciate it very much.
Hopefully we can be cordial...and direct.
You failed to answer my question. And you are indeed putting out MISinformation if it is not COMPLETE information. 
Counties have been telling their people that a last-name-only write-in vote will NOT be counted, which you and I both know is in direct conflict with statute and with what your own staff told me. 
What other reason, besides receiving INCOMPLETE information and INCOMPLETE training from you, would county election offices have for telling people that a last-name-only write-in vote will not be counted?? 
Once again, my question to you is, did you provide them with the fact that statute says a last-name-only write-in vote must be counted?? Pray tell.
Also pray tell what is hard about determining a voter's intent when they see the last name "BORER" on the ballot in the governor's box?? Did another "Borer" file for official write-in candidacy??
I do not wish to have a war with you over the Truth, but if I must, I will. And I will win. Because I am all about transparency and verifiability. Sadly, you are not. And this fact is why so many Nebraskans are extremely upset with our Secretary's office.
It's better to come clean. We all know what's going on. People don't refuse transparency and verifiability unless they are hiding something.
Election cheating is no small thing. It is an existential threat to the entire American experiment in self-government and Liberty. It's been widely exposed. We won't stand for any more of it. We have a right to confidence in our elective franchise, and we can't have that confidence without transparency and verifiability. If you refuse to provide it, we can only assume the worst.

I copied Ricketts, Peterson and every member of the Legislature. They are all liable for what our Secretary’s office is getting away with in our elections.

It is very difficult (more like impossible) to get anyone in government to hold anyone else in government accountable these days, as our forefathers intended. They are all spineless.

When I returned home today around 3:30, I found the following comment from Lory Storm in my inbox, in response to the above letter. She was one of several that I blind-copied:

”Do you know what’s funny? It’s actually going to be the Republicans that are the demise of this nation. I read comments on all of the websites and news stories I read, and everyone there believes if we just elect the Republicans we’ll be OK. We are living Thomas Jefferson’s warning about the two party system. They now have us entrenched, we either vote Democrat or Republican. The problem is both parties are heading in the same direction, one is just willing to go a little slower to keep its base hanging around. Either way D or R, We the People lose.”

Here’s where we’re at. God is giving us an opportunity, with this write-in effort, to escape the bondage and slavery of Egypt. But some people insist on staying in Egypt. It’s their “comfort” zone. They don’t dare leave Egypt and step into the promised land of Freedom. It’s too scary for them.

If anyone is “splitting the vote,” it is these fear-filled people.
