Hello, Valerie and thank you for being so gracious with me in my previous requests. I have one more now, but this should be simpler than any database search.

Tripp County in South Dakota uses ES&S products just like we do in Nebraska, and they are reporting a substantial discrepancy that ES&S products have produced for them. Are you aware of this report? The following is from that report I received today, Thursday Nov. 10, 2022, and is from today as well:

"Fred from Tripp County called this morning regarding the hand count. Long story short. They hand counted all precincts. After hand counting, all ballots were run through the machines. Today the commissioners met to sign off on the election. Seems one precinct had 356 ballots cast, 356 signatures in the poll book and when running through the machine, it only counted 281 ballots! 75 Short.

Machine was 75 short."

Thank you!

Greetings Ken. The Douglas County Election Commission is unable to provide or confirm information regarding "reports" on any topic, including election systems and software, from other counties, jurisdictions, or states.

Dear Valerie,

Per Tx web site https://www.sos.state.tx.us/elections/forms/sysexam/voting-sys-bycounty.pdf, Dallas county uses only ES&S equipment. As you may be aware, a video, partially included in this one https://youtu.be/2eExqWJ46s8?t=78, recorded by a poll worker shows election products ("poll pads") maliciously auto-functioning on Nov 8 in just one of a reported several other identical incidents at other Dallas County polling places. The "poll pads" in the recording cause unknown hundreds of voter accounts to allow virtual election day ballots (not early ballots) to exist for them without any of those voters ever having visited the polling place.

My Public Record request is simply:

Is the election commission aware that ES&S products and services are capable of this specific method of election corruption?

Thank you!

While the Secretary of State provides Election Systems & Software (ES&S) products to Douglas County, we don't use the type of machine shown in the video attached to your message. Our office is unfamiliar with them and have never used them in Douglas County.

Thank you, Valerie. You've adequately provided what I asked for. I wish you to fully understand how your answer is being understood at this end: I come to the conclusion that no amount of credible reports of ES&S election corruption from anyone to the commission will convince the commission to seek answers from that vendor as to why their equipment is observed acting in that manner.

Sincerely,

Ken Anderson
