Dear Friends,
I just sent the following to the state and all 93 counties:
Greetings,
"[T]he Texas Attorney General has 'opened a criminal investigation related to Dominion Voting Systems, Election Systems & Software (ES&S), Hart InterCivic, and SolarWinds, including specific subcontractors, agents, and employees.'”

There's no reason for secret software and hardware in our elections except to cheat.
There's no reason for voter rolls to be "living breathing" documents through the course of an election except to cheat.
There's no reason for centralized and privatized voter rolls (in opposition to county ownership) except to make it easier to cheat.
ES&S has statewide access to our voter rolls. (Our SoS signed a 5 1/2 year $5,661,487.00 contract to give them that privilege.)
The current election won't be certifiable. All the fraud is coming to light.
Dan Rather had the scoop 17 years ago. Click here. It’s 2 min.
We the People have finally caught on.

a question on the competing abortion measures
The Left is voting against 434. Should we vote for it?
Answer: Abortionists want radical abortion (439) over “not-so-radical abortion” (434).
Radical abortion allows abortionists to dismember their babies over three trimesters vs one. Second and third trimester abortions give abortionists the opportunity to dismember their babies in a more dramatic way.
It’s a satanic ritual for them.
The sophistry of 434 proponents on the Right is that there is such a thing as “not-so-radical abortion.” There is not.
First trimester abortion is as bad as second and third trimester abortion.
A baby dies.
Nebraska is a red state.
439 should go down in defeat, if the election isn't rigged.
If it that happens, the reason why people voted for 434 will evaporate.
The only reason people are voting for 434 right now is to defeat 439.
That is voting out of fear, instead of principle and conscience.
If we let each measure stand on its own, it is obvious they should both be voted down.
That’s my view, anyway.
May the Lord give us discernment and thereby deliver us from evil.

On the election-I was having this very discussion with a family member who, unfortunately, is still plugged into the matrix. I told her after Trump 'lost' in 2020 that I thought the election was stolen and I have since been proven right. I mentioned last weekend that feeding your ballot into machines with proprietary software that you can't examine and then having laws in place in EVERY STATE that disallow you from seeing the machine's tabulated result means our elections are a sham. If they are not an outright sham, they are at VERY LEAST suspect. No matter what the evidence, some of which has actually made the mainstream media, I was told that I was a conspiracy theorist. So be it.
As to 434 and 439:
Let's just call it what it is: Legalized baby murder.
Your choice is you can murder your baby in the first three months or you can murder your baby any old time you want to, both under euphemistic guise of 'reproductive health.' You aren't voting to protect innocent children, just voting on when we as a society should allow them to be killed. Such a farcical 'choice.' God sends a pure, clean soul to earth and you get to pick when you mark it 'return to sender.' How about no.
I'm coming out about 434:
I'm no legal scholar, but inasmuch as 434 amends the very Constitution of the State of Nebraska to supposedly raise the class of certain living persons to recognize their right to life while leaving another class of living persons without an explicit recognition of their right to life, (yet BOTH our state and nation's Constitutions RECOGNIZES [not "grants"] all persons' right to life) and in so doing implies in defiance of reality that certain classes of persons having differing levels of rights can heretofore exist, I foresee that in the future I envision where God's people rule, the people of the State will not tolerate such incoherence, regardless of whether either ballot initiative passes. I applaud the conscience-driven uprising of pro-lifers on both sides of 434, but ES&S shall decide the outcome until they are no longer in charge of counting the votes. They are the fish to fry.
