Dear Friends-
I just sent the following letter:
Subject: SoS office in shambles
Dear Auditor Foley, AG Hilgers, Members of our Legislature, County Election Officials, other Public Officials, Citizen People of our State, and Friends-
The SoS office is in such shambles that they can't even readily provide me with an inventory list of all the very expensive ES&S equipment they have (illegally) purchased and placed in service around the State.
Have you ever heard of such a thing?
See correspondence below.
Our SoS office isn't just a joke, it's a criminal enterprise that has stolen the voice of the People through fair, honest, transparent and verifiable elections.
And NONE of you are saying or doing anything about it.
You're all complicit.
Unless you ran unopposed, not one of you has proof (paper-evidence) that you were elected by the People. And even if you went unopposed, you have no paper-evidence you weren't defeated by a write-in. (Yes, our "elections" are that bad.)
I suppose that is why you are all so weak.
It stands to reason that black box election thieves will throw the race to the weak, who won't use their bully pulpit to speak out, and won't defend our Constitution and We the People from all enemies, foreign and domestic.

Dear Robert Borer,
This email is regarding your records request received by our office on Friday, August 18, 2023. We interpreted your request to be made under the Nebraska Public Records Statutes, Neb. Rev. Stat. §§ 84-712 through 84-712.09. Specifically, you requested the following:
Any document or set of documents that contain a full inventory of all ES&S equipment purchased by the state, along with their respective model numbers, serial numbers and software versions.
Due to the broad nature and extensiveness of your request and the current workload of our office, including other requests for public records in process by our office, we cannot fulfill your records request within four business days. The earliest practicable date for fulfilling your request is October 5, 2023. We do not anticipate assessing a cost for the records you requested. This may change once we begin the search process and determine how many records we have and what documents we must review. As with the cost of fulfilling your request, the time frame for response may change as we go forward with the search process.
Pursuant to Neb. Rev. Stat. § 84-712(4), you may choose to modify or prioritize the items within your request in some fashion.
If you have any questions regarding this response, please email colleen.byelick@nebraska.gov.
All the best,
Elections Division
Secretary of State’s Office

If any of my friends out there are researchers and want to help, True The Vote has made Public Records Requests to the State of Nebraska. Everything they obtained is on file at: https://open.ink/ .
All you have to do is create an account, then click on “Documents” (upper right), and then type “Nebraska” into the search field. There are 24 pages of documents there that need to be waded through.
You can also plug “Nebraska” into this page for a sort of “one-stop shopping”:
Last but not least, it looks like the illegal and unconstitutional boogeyman mandates are actually coming back. It’s our opportunity to show that we are Americans. And that we do not bow to tyranny. My wife only wore the mask at work last time, which I still didn’t care for (nor did she). She usually defiantly wore it below her nose so she could breathe, but still, it amounted to bowing. However, with no prompting from me, she has recently said that she won’t be doing that again. I was so happy to hear that. They’ll have to fire her, and then they’ll have to deal with the influence that her stance leaves on her co-workers, who are all already disgusted with what they had to go through last time.
There’s strength and force in numbers. The power resides in the sentiment of the People, and that’s what this narrative warfare fight has been all about—securing the narrative. When a man, or legislator, or judge, has the sentiment of the People behind him (not to mention God behind him), he is unstoppable, because the People behind him are unstoppable. This is not about glorifying a man or woman, this is simply about recognizing the fact that God gives us leaders, and right now, Trump is the only one that aligns with freedom and Liberty and is willing to take on the international deep state crime syndicate—something the NEGOP has yet to figure out, or doesn’t want to figure out, because they don’t like real fighters.
At any rate, I said all that to share this great compilation:

Not sure if you need an account to watch—but if so, I highly recommend it. Trump is back on Twitter and we’d be wise to listen to what he has to say, under God, of course.
God bless,
