Dear Friends,

All virus narratives are lies. All of them.

All virus narratives are put forth for two broad reasons:
1) to control people/populations
2) to make lots of money

Part of controlling people with virus narratives is controlling their reactions to big pharma’s love for experimentation on human beings. For example, the “long covid” narrative is nothing but a cover for illness caused by the experimental vaccines.

Also part of controlling people with virus narratives is using those narratives to steal elections, which, in turn, only increases nefarious control of people. The respiratory virus narrative (the virus narrative easiest to perpetrate because airway congestion is so common due to an unnatural, highly processed, factory-based diet) worked well for helping nefarious forces to steal 2020 through remote voting. Don’t be surprised if they stand up another virus narrative before the next election. (Don’t give in to any of the mandates if they do.)

destroying the lie
Experiments were conducted in 1918 and 1919 by medical doctors from Harvard Medical School and the Public Health Service to see how, and how easily, the Spanish Flu was transmitted.

They couldn’t find a means of transmission. Read that sentence again.

Pulling from the JAMA article written after the experiments were conducted:

None of those volunteers “took sick.”

And none of them had been previously exposed to the illness (leading to so-called acquired immunity). They were all fresh specimens.

All excess illness and death in 1918 and 1919, in both the civilian and military populations, barring illness and death from the munitions of war, were caused by malnutrition (poor diet) and exposure to chemicals (pharmaceutical, industrial, etc). Those chemicals included experimental vaccines and drugs.

how do I know this stuff?
I worked hard for it starting way back in the early 80s.
I combined a correct worldview (Christian) with prayer, study and application.

Here’s the short version:
I was the oldest of seven in a lower middle-class church-going family. I not only inherited my parents genes, I inherited their habits (as we all do, for the most part), and that included a huge sweet tooth.

Being poor, our diet consisted largely of cheap, highly processed “food.”

For example, it was common for breakfast to include toast that consisted of garbage white bread covered with garbage cheap margarine topped with garbage white sugar mixed with cinnamon.

Sometimes I would scoop up a spoonful of white sugar from the sugar bowl sitting on the kitchen table and consume it all by itself. That’s how big my sweet tooth was.

As a result of the poor, devitalizing diet, I grew up with constant colds, headaches, earaches, stomach aches, etc. Constant!

I hated it. Sometimes the colds would last for weeks on end.

No one ever told me these illnesses had anything to do with what I was eating.

What they did tell me was that the devil was making me sick. And the solution was to “pray” and/or turn certain passages of Scripture into mindless mantras.

I did that. And while I always eventually got well, it seemed like the illnesses always took their natural course and lasted just as long as if I had not prayed or recited Scripture.

Looking back, I can only describe such prayers and recitations as a LACK of faith, not an ACT of faith. It seemed like what people were really looking for was God to prove to them He was real. What better way than with a miracle?

People didn’t need self-serving miracles (that would only perpetuate a cycle of illness), they needed wisdom.

I needed wisdom.

And here’s how it came. One day, in my early 20s, I began to feel like I was on the verge of another stupid cold again. As a result, I began reciting those “healing” passages again, under my breath. But no sooner did I start down that path when the thought occurred to me out of “nowhere” that if God was really good (as I was taught and believed He was), there had to be a way for me to not only get well but stay well.

The next thing I found myself doing was asking God why I was always getting sick.

Upon asking that almost rhetorical, God-inspired question, it occurred to me that I must be breaking certain laws of nature (God’s nature) governing the health of our bodies.

If any of you lack wisdom, let him ask of God, that giveth to all men liberally, and upbraideth not; and it shall be given him. (Jas 1:5)

I quickly put two and two together and realized I could no more violate those laws without hurting myself than I could jump off the top of a 10 story building without hurting (or killing) myself.

Somehow God enabled me to step outside of my entrenched mindset. Talk about a miracle.

The only thing left to do was find out what those laws were.

I stumbled across a FB comment recently that said this: “Viruses are nature’s ultimate bioweapon.” I responded with something like: “That nature you speak of is God’s nature. He didn’t create a world where we have to live in fear of invisible, contagious, deadly boogeymen all the time. He just didn’t. God tells us to "fear not.” Besides, if these boogeymen actually existed and were inherently deadly, mankind would never have survived.” The whole boogeyman narrative is a big fat lie, as I said in the beginning.

back to discovering those laws
They weren’t hard to discover. I went back to my worldview. I started getting my food in a form that was much closer to nature–God’s nature. Food from nature doubles as medicine. I started eating (and juicing) lots of fresh produce, eating whole grains, nuts, seeds, etc. Everything organic. We still ate meat, just not that much.

the laws came easy, the application not so much
It took a couple years of taking two steps forward and one step back to fully retrain my appetite.

Fasting really helped to retrain/reprogram/transform myself, in so many ways.

I not only eventually got to the place where I enjoyed eating healthy all the time, I also found the wisdom to do so without having to be religious about it when eating with family and friends. In other words, I could/can make exceptions for the sake of fellowship, without going overboard or falling off the wagon.

The result of all of this was no more colds, headaches, earaches, or stomach aches. None. I also came to understand that viruses and flu seasons weren’t my problem (as I was deceptively led to believe by big pharma). My fork was my problem.

“flu season”
”Flu season” doesn't start with a contagious bug. That is nothing but big pharma brainwashing and government propaganda.

“Flu season” starts, at least at my latitude, with shorter days, less fresh air, less outdoor movement, more time indoors and more “comfort” junk food.

“Flu season” then gets a big boost from celebrating the devil’s holiday—Halloween. All those sweets are terrible for us.

“Flu season” gets more big boosts from the overindulgences of Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Year’s.

The airway congestion symptoms that appear and are interpreted as a virus infection are nothing more than the body trying to detox itself from a bad diet, overindulgence and chemical exposure.

This elimination of toxins through the lungs and airway is called vicarious elimination. When other avenues of elimination get congested, the innate intelligence of the body enlists the help of the lungs.

If you want to get over symptoms of airway congestion quickly, the best way is to rest, drink plenty of good fluids, fast a couple meals, and when you do eat, make it light, easily digestible whole food from nature. Steaming your face helps a lot as well. Enemas do as well.

If you want the symptoms to linger, start taking toxic medications. And keep eating garbage. :-)

Acute illness turns into chronic and degenerative disease if you suppress it for years with toxic meds.

Better to let the body detox along the way. Better to regard detox as the innate intelligence of the body doing you a favor.

Detox can happen any time of year, but it’s concentrated in the cold weather months.

Of course, detox doesn’t need to happen at all if you consistently eat healthy, don’t overindulge and fast periodically.

A consistent healthy diet and periodic fasting will keep you symptom free year-round.

It's all really very simple.

I remember the first time I stepped outside in the middle of winter without a coat after undergoing a serious change in lifestyle for an extended period of time. I felt completely different. My system didn’t feel vulnerable to a “cold” at all. It was a strange feeling. A liberating feeling.

the sars-cov-2 virus narrative (covid)
Obviously, from what I’ve said above, you should expect me to say that covid was a complete scam, and indeed I do. The difference is that it was the biggest virus narrative scam in the history of the world. (The modern digital world helped a lot to perpetrate the scam.)

Tucker Carlson recently interviewed Bret Weinstein. Weinstein’s an evolutionary biologist (wrong worldview) who bought the covid boogeyman narrative, but has since changed his mind about the response protocols. HIV was a complete hoax. Yes people were ill, but not from a virus. It was from malnutrition and severe drug abuse. Celia Farber was a front line reporter who exposed AIDS for the scam that it was. final thoughts
None of this is to say that our government isn’t trying to poison us with by adding chemicals to the air we breathe, the food we eat and the water we drink. But those chemicals aren’t contagious.

The gain of function narrative (GOF) is just part of the virus narrative.

Virus narratives are part of Fifth Generation Warfare. Our own government is making war against us. We all need to stand up. Weinstein emphasizes that in the interview above.

I raised six bright healthy kids without big pharma…in other words, without pharmaceuticals, without vaccines, without medical doctors and without fear of viruses. We never made it a practice to avoid anyone who was sick.

Think about the history of nurses and nuns who cared for the sick down through the ages. How did they survive, if viruses exist and are contagious and deadly?
