trust??
Dear Friends,
Nebraska’s election officials are worried about trust (as are election officials in every other state).
Evnen (our SoS) and Bena (his Barney Fife deputy) are so worried about trust that they resorted to doubling down on gaslighting voters.
Rapidly declining trust is the sole reason they recently opted to “audit” a higher percentage of precincts in our elections.
Anyone with half a brain could see ahead of time that these additional so-called “audits” were not going to do anything to boost trust, but were instead designed to do nothing less than gaslight and psychologically manipulate voters—aka wage psychological warfare against Nebraska voters.
Evnen and Bena’s subtle basis (or premise) for “auditing” more precincts was to project the idea that We the People have an obligation, at some point, to trust them, and that if we don’t trust them, something is wrong with us. THAT is gaslighting, on turbocharge. (And it’s criminal, given the subject matter.)
Where does our Constitution say we have to trust election officials, and/or the election process they are using to count our votes??
Where does any of our legislation say we have to trust election officials, and/or the process they are using to count our votes?? (It wouldn’t surprise me to find such nonsense in our statutes.)
Where does common sense say we have to trust election officials and/or the process they are using to count our votes??
Where does anything anywhere say we have to trust our election officials, period?? …or anyone else in government??
The fact of the matter is, voters have no obligation whatsoever to trust any election official, or other “elected” official, in the performance of anything they do.
Our Founders would have laughed at the idea, and if the nonsense continued, they would’ve started shooting. (Because their very Liberty would have been at stake, just as ours is now.)
watchfulness
Our Founders created a compound system of checks and balances in government precisely because men can’t be trusted with power, because men are corruptible, and because power brings out that corruption. Power brings out the worst in People.
Therefore, government must be WATCHED. (NEVER trusted. Not ever.)
The Nebraska motto is: “The Salvation of the State is Watchfulness in the Citizen,” not “Trust in the Citizen.”
And Watchfulness requires Transparency.
Presently, and it’s been this way for a long time, no Citizen of Nebraska is allowed to be Watchful in how our votes are being counted, because they are being “counted” in darkness, i.e., in a closed, computerized black box that has been programmed by people who love Darkness.
And no other branch or level of government is serving as a check and balance on this darkness…i.e., this corruption of our elections.
In other words…
-our “checks and balances” are all broken.
-our “checks and balances” are protecting the wrong people.
-our “checks and balances” are protecting each other rather than the People they were “elected” to protect.
Government has turned into a criminal, self-serving enterprise.
Therefore Watchfulness falls to the Citizen.
not off the hook
It is incumbent upon every election official in Nebraska who took an oath to our Constitution to take a stand on our “elections.” They must either “yay” or “nay” the process by which our elections are being conducted. If they do neither, they automatically default to “yay” (i.e., “our elections are authentic and accurate”).
Qui non negat, fatetur is a Latin maxim of law that means "he who does not deny, admits."
In other words, “he who does not repel a wrong when he can, occasions it.”
In still other words, “an unrebutted affidavit becomes a judgment in commerce.”
In other words, every election official in this state who refuses to stand up to the closed black box counting process will be guilty of committing election fraud, because we know for a fact that they are certifying elections, the accuracy of which they have no personal knowledge of (if they used the machines).
“Evnen said so” and “Bena said so” won’t be valid get-out-of-jail-free cards. Responsibility for sound elections is assumed upon taking the election official’s oath of office.
Election fraud is tyranny. The rich get richer and the poor get poorer. (See image below.)

Well Bob - today at the Douglas County Board, was Contradicted by the Presidiing Officer, then my own Commissioner left her chair to come to the podium during "Citizen Comments" to also refute me and (call me or insinuate) that I was "racist" for my comments - which was about the discussion we Americans need to have to save our culture from the Marxists and the creeping power of "Muslims" in our Gov't's (Federal, State and Local).
I stood to object, requesting to answer them, was told no, and was actually pushed out of the room, almost pushed over, and ordered out of the building - for the day - by A Sheriff's Deputy - on orders of Mary Ann Borgeson. I haven't seen the youtube video Yet - but I'm certain you can't hear or see all that.

She cuts me off at 43:11, "...pure racism..."! - MS. Boyle at 43:33 - "...blatent racism and hate speech, and they cannot respond to that...?" at 44;14 you can heart me object, request to reply, ....! "not allowed ever again to ....?" At 45:05 I'm on my way (escourted?) out! You can't hear or see that! Not pleasant! Deputy yelled out he's done for the day -out of the bldg - to the security at the entry door. Watch, listen, judge for yourself!
I chose to do this in Honor of the 9/17 Anniversary of the signing and reading of OUR Constitution. I have followed Dr. Mark Christian for quite a few years. He has to be discrete in public - because of 501(c)3 status - but also because of converting from Islam to Christianity. Look him up on www.globalfaith.org. I decided to go back for the City Council meeting - and was told no -which led me to point out to the Deputy that I didn't think he could legally, or under the Ne Open Meetings Act do that, i wouldn't leave but he should go get his boss - the sheriff, then suggested the County Attorney. He declared that the Council has already heard about the morning - ..... , ! Stormed off. So I waited,
Then came a better looking more professional deputy, she listened, I asked her to read the copy of the Open meetings Act I had with me. She disappeared for a few minutes, came back, and allowed me IN.
This all started with my listening to KFAB afternoon show - on Monday, although I've waited for a good opportunity to try and open that discussion. Ben Gray said many times - "...we will have that discussion many times, but never did! They can ..... but we the people cannot!
I quoted, and submitted articles and the booklet "Praying for Muslims" from this site, explaining that muslims are victims of a political system, that Muslims are victims of, not a religion, and that the practices of Islam are Antithetical to our Culture, Constitution, and the Christian Religion. Therefore their Islamic practices (........) are not lawful, legal and must not be granted citizenship, power, recognition, shelter,...without swearing Allegiance to Our Constitution, laws, and Culture.
