traitors in our midst

Dear Friends,

Today I wanted to go with pt 3 of why the gop is dead, but I have a long conference call coming up soon, so I put this together quick (with the above title in the subject line) and fired it across the state to all the usual suspects in local, county and state government (if you want your local officials included in emails like this, send me their addresses). Have a great day. The righteous are bold as a lion. I live to serve the ship of God, country, family and neighbor, not party.

Your Attention Please—

The Nebraska State Constitution Preamble states:

We, the people, grateful to Almighty God for our freedom, do ordain and establish the following declaration of rights and frame of government, as the Constitution of the State of Nebraska.

Article I-1 states:

All persons are by nature free and independent, and have certain inherent and inalienable rights; among these are life, liberty, the pursuit of happiness, and the right to keep and bear arms ... and such rights shall not be denied or infringed by the state or any subdivision thereof. To secure these rights, and the protection of property, governments are instituted among people, deriving their just powers from the consent of the governed.

Article I-22 states:

...there shall be no hindrance or impediment to the right of a qualified voter to exercise the elective franchise.

​...not to exercise part of the elective franchise, or to exercise half of the elective franchise, but to exercise ALL of "the elective franchise."

What do we call People who took an oath to the above Constitution and yet allow our right "to exercise the elective franchise" to be infringed and hindered and impeded??

It's an easy call. We call them elective-franchise-denying treasonous TRAITORS. (The redundancy is intentional.)
