This was too good to not share.
Bev Harris (author of the book Black Box Voting, a copy of which sits on the cia.gov website) describes how our fake elections work. The results are predetermined (not necessarily in every case) and then votes are fractionalized to obtain the predetermined results.
Computerized voter rolls and vote-counting were created for precisely this reason. To control political power by controlling (manipulating) election results. Which is why we are never allowed to look at the paper ballots so we can verify the results.
Which is how our country got to be in such a mess. It’s been impossible to vote out slime balls. Or to vote in anyone with a backbone.
But things are changing. (“…whenever any Form of Government…”)

Correction:
Computerized voter rolls and vote-counting *were created for precisely this reason.
"It’s been impossible to vote out slime balls. Or to vote in anyone with a backbone". I doubt it only applies to persons names on the ballot. I'll bet ballot initiatives have at one time or another also been stolen from we the people, especially relative to marijuana, abortion, and election integrity.
