Dear Friends,
I just send the following to every “Republican” senator, as well as the AG’s office.
Senators-select,
A man has made it all the way to the Supreme Court with a complaint against 385 members of congress (and Mike Pence) for failing to keep their oath, which includes upholding our God-given right to participate in honest and fair elections. You can read about it here:
https://www.supremecourt.gov/search.aspx?filename=/docket/docketfiles/html/public/22-380.html
Hopefully it gets traction and works its way down to the local (state) level, where breaking one's oath seems to be the order of the day (and that without consequence).
Here are a couple places where local betrayal occurs regularly:
Article III-11
"All votes shall be viva voce."
In other words, all votes shall be transparent. No secret votes on committee chairs.
https://nebraskalegislature.gov/laws/articles.php?article=III-11
Article IV-4
"Election returns; canvass by Legislature; conduct of election contests. The returns of every election for the officers of the executive department shall be sealed up and transmitted by the returning officers to the Secretary of State, directed to the Speaker of the Legislature, who shall immediately after the organization of the Legislature, and before proceeding to other business, open and publish the same in the presence of a majority of the members of the Legislature."
In other words, the executive branch doesn't get to certify their own election/re-election/successors' election results. The canvass of returns of election for officers of the executive department must be made by the Legislature. Failure to do so, failure to properly canvass the alleged returns for officers of the executive branch, makes the Legislature liable for election fraud, if such has taken place—and private, secret, black box vote-counting makes election fraud a pretty good bet.

Article I-1
"All persons are by nature free and independent, and have certain inherent and inalienable rights; among these are life, liberty, the pursuit of happiness, and the right to keep and bear arms for security or defense of self, family, home ... and such rights shall not be denied or infringed by the state or any subdivision thereof. To secure these rights, and the protection of property, governments are instituted among people, deriving their just powers from the consent of the governed."
Self-explanatory. We all know how the state and nearly every subdivision thereof trampled upon our God-given rights over the last couple of years in the name of "covid." It won't be pretty if it happens again. The obligation of every person who takes an oath is to stand up and defy those who attempt to deny us our rights.

Article I-22
"(1) All elections shall be free; and there shall be no hindrance or impediment to the right of a qualified voter to exercise the elective franchise."
https://nebraskalegislature.gov/laws/articles.php?article=I-22
The injection of a single software engineer of unknown character and origin into our elections to count every vote in our state behind closed doors must be considered a criminal hindrance to the right of qualified voters in this state to exercise THEIR elective franchise. (And ES&S constitutes such an injection.)
Secret, centralized vote-counting behind closed doors must be considered the hijacking of our elections.
Elections don't belong to government, but to the People, so they can hold government accountable.
Evnen, Bena and Company don't want to be held accountable—and thus far, our Legislature has supported their resistance to being held accountable.
Not good. Not good at all.
Our so-called Secretary wants us to simply trust him, and his secret black-box vote-counting company. This is criminal. It defies our founding principles. Men are not angels. The salvation of the state is NOT trust in the citizen, but WATCHFULNESS in the citizen. What good is "watchfulness" if we don't have the right to demand transparency and accountability from those sucking up our tax dollars? (Machine vote-counting is very, very expensive—because it's monopolistic.)
I just finished analyzing 9 precincts that were allegedly audited by our SoS office. Bear in mind that a self-audit is not an audit. It is a con.
At any rate, there were 29 ballot position errors in 58,171 ballot positions, in just three races in those 9 princints.
The maximum allowable error rate is 1 (ONE) in 10 million ballot positions.
Hello??
[skip past the next two links]
The only reason for secrecy in vote-counting is fraud. (Voting is secret. But vote-counting is everyone's business.)
There are plenty of reasons for election fraud in Nebraska, just as there are everywhere else.
It doesn't take too many brain cells to design an election process that utilizes technology in a way that serves the People and provides for complete election transparency and verifiability, rather than serving election criminals and the darkness and secrecy they need to operate in.

One last place for betrayal, and I'll be done for now.
Article XV-1
Executive and judicial officers and members of the legislature, before they enter upon their official duties shall take and subscribe the following oath, or affirmation.
"I do solemnly swear (or affirm) that I will support the constitution of the United States, and the constitution of the State of Nebraska, and will faithfully discharge the duties of .......... according to the best of my ability, and that at the election at which I was chosen to fill said office, I have not improperly influenced in any way the vote of any elector, and have not accepted, nor will I accept or receive, directly or indirectly, any money or other valuable thing from any corporation, company or person, or any promise of office, for any official act or influence (for any vote I may give or withhold on any bill, resolution, or appropriation)."

How many lobbyist donations (aka bribes) do our Senators take? The Constitution says, "nor will [you] accept or receive ... any money ... from any corporation, company or person ... for any official act or influence ..."
I'm done.
Respectfully,

From my senator - Thank you for your email. I have served in the Legislature now for 4 years and have gone through 2 cycles of electing legislative leadership. I think the secret ballot is the best way to elect the chairs within the Unicameral. It allows a legislator to vote independently for the best person he or she believes will do the best job as the chair. Just as all citizens are afforded a confidential ballot when we go to the polls, so too should Nebraska senators keep the secret ballot for leadership positions to protect the integrity of the process. All other votes a senator makes on bills, amendments, motions, rules, etc. are public votes and rightly so.
WRONG!!! There should be NO secret ballots cast - you work for WE THE PEOPLE!!! We demand transparency - on ALL votes! (I did send a follow up in hopes of reconsideration.) I'll be watching ....
Thank you!♥️🙏
