Dear Friends,
A friend who ranks high in the Nebraska Republican Party recently posted this image on social media:
I responded with: “In what world?”
Nebraska’s State Constitution affirms, in Article I-22, that:
. . . there shall be no hindrance or impediment to the right of a qualified voter to exercise the elective franchise.
But this language is only prescriptive. Someone has to follow up and enforce it. Someone has to enforce public-facing transparency and verifiability with respect to our voter rolls and vote counts, with each election.
Normally that would fall to the SoS, the legislature, and/or our local county election officials. But if none of them are doing it, someone else in government could step up (such as the governor), call them out, and rally the People.
As we all know, none of them are doing it, and no one else (in government) is stepping up. No one in Nebraska State or County government is enforcing Article I-22 . . . because they are all cowards, or worse.
And so, if no one (in government) is doing what they should be doing with respect to our elections, and our voter rolls and vote counts are not verifiable by the public, how do we know that every vote counts??? HOW, Mr. or Mrs. High Ranking Republican?????
The fact is, We DON’T know that every vote counts. There’s not one shred of evidence that every vote counts and counts as intended. Election results could be totally manufactured, as far as we know.
And that is treason in my book. The simple fact that we are not allowed to verify our election results is treason.
If overthrowing a government from within is treason, then overthrowing the means by which government is selected (i.e., We the People and our elections) is also treason.
Nebraska Constitution Preamble:
We, the people, grateful to Almighty God for our freedom, do ordain and establish the following declaration of rights and frame of government, as the Constitution of the State of Nebraska.
Ultimately, it’s up to We the People to enforce honest elections, because elections belong to us. When all the checks and balances in government fail us, it falls on us.
Fortunately, we have one check left, and that is Donald J. Trump (and whatever part of the military it is that is helping him).
Trump is no ordinary check. He’s the strong executive our 1787 U.S. Constitution was written for, and he brought an A Team with him this time.
Trump knows better than anyone what it’s like to be dealt a bad/fake hand in an election. My bet is he will deliver us from “the machines” and lead us to the long sought-after promised land of transparency, accountability and verifiability in our elections, and government of, by and for the People.
Meanwhile, if you’re currently telling everyone (or anyone) that their vote counts, you’re part of the problem. You’re no less a threat to our Liberty than any of the “long train of abuses and usurpations” mentioned in our Declaration that had as their design to reduce our forefathers under absolute Despotism.
Trump only avoided the steal this last election because good guys stepped in to stop it (this has been a long range operation, if you haven’t figured that out by now). But stopping the steal on down-ballot and local races has yet to be accomplished.
Listen. Public-facing election transparency and verifiability aren’t hard. And that’s what makes the criminals overseeing our elections are so guilty.

P.S.
I just came across this page this morning: https://onedayonevote.org/
And I found this link: https://www.whitehouse.gov/contact/
I decided to write a letter. You might want to write one, too. Here’s what I wrote:
Dear Mr. President,
Lawfare and a private company's secret black boxes (ES&S) rule our month long, vote-by-mail-or-dropbox "elections" here in Nebraska.
Our State Constitution says "there shall be no hindrance or impediment to the right of a qualified voter to exercise the election franchise" (Article I-22), but hindrances and impediments abound. Not the least of which is our corrupt SoS (who "sleeps" with ES&S) and our corrupt uni-scam-eral legislature.
Voter rolls are a mess and vote counts are conducted in secret. There's no transparency and citizens have no ability to reconcile records or verify results.
"The Salvation of the State is Watchfulness in the Citizen" is supposed to be our motto (engraved in stone over the front door of our Capitol), but we are not allowed to watch where it matters most—our all important elections. We are simply supposed to trust.
John Adams said, There is danger from all men. The only maxim of a free government ought to be to trust no man living with power to endanger the public liberty."
We look forward to your prosecution of all the thieves of the 2020 election and to further directives from you about how our elections are to be conducted (citizen ID, one day, paper ballot, hand-counted at the precinct level after the polls close). Full public-facing transparency and verifiability of voters and vote-counts.
Elections belong to We the People. Consent is ours to give and withhold.
Thank you for everything you are doing to save this country and the world.
The bulk of the American people and Nebraskans are behind you.
My God richly bless, guide and protect you.

And here’s some sarcasm for you:
"My bet is he [Trump] will deliver us from 'the machines' and lead us to the long sought-after promised land of transparency, accountability and verifiability in our elections, and government of, by and for the People."
Noticing how often he has taken license to insert the word "rigged" in his public statements, I am very encouraged he is SO determined to do exactly that! All of ES&S' acrobatics of deceptions will eventually fall to the skilled articulation of truth, like you so ably give to the world in your Substack. God bless you, Robert!
Thank you Robert for your very well written letter to President Trump. I pray that president Trump acts quickly on getting the right people in place to get these black boxes outlawed and get back to paper ballots, hand counted, at the precinct level on election day.
