Dear Friends,
I’ve been busy. I sent this letter a few days ago:
Subject: in a day when even democrats were somewhat honest about so-called computer vote tabulators
To: <members of state and local government across the state>
(no salutation…I just dove right in)
Jerry Nadler: "These companies did a tremendous sales job after the 2000 election in FL." That's right. And they hired a huge lobby to help them.

Nadler was a little naive here. The FL 2000 general election hanging chad fiasco was purposely orchestrated to bring in black box, computerized, secret software "voting machines" for the explicit purpose of cheating and manipulating "election results."
Paper ballots are worthless when no one has access to them.
The refusal to be transparent . . . the refusal to allow for citizen watchfulness (the salvation of the state) in our so-called elections . . . the refusal to allow for verification of our "election results" is prima facie evidence that the computerized, black box "tabulators" are being used to cheat and our "SoS" office is running a charade.
If overthrowing one's government is treason, then overthrowing the means by which that government is supposed to be instituted, namely the Consent of We the People, is also treason.

See his schedule for the next few days below the next letter, which I just sent a few minutes ago to the same people across state and local government as I did the above letter (namely, all three branches of state government, and every election official across the state).
I wrote this letter in response to activity around LB1390. Enjoy.

Friends and Foes:
Language is everything.
The perversion of language is the perversion of thought.
That is to say, the perversion of language can undermine our ability to think correctly. (See this Orwellian newspeak definition. Read down the page.)
It has been claimed that our democracy is under threat.
Our democracy is not under threat. We don't have a democracy. Democracy is mob rule.
We are a constitutional republic, governed first and foremost by the People's Constitution/s.
The People stand AT THE TOP, with THEIR Constitution, and choose THEIR representatives. Preamble and Article I-1.
This idea that the People are the "second house" is a line of complete nonsense. It's Orwellian newspeak. We the People STAND AT THE TOP.
the real threat
Free speech is not a threat to a constitutional republic. This nation was founded upon a "profound national commitment to the principle that debate on public issues should be uninhibited, robust, and wide-open, and that it may well include vehement, caustic, and sometimes unpleasantly sharp attacks on government and public officials." New York Times v. Sullivan (1964)Free speech is only a threat to corruption, and to subverters of the People's Constitution/s.
The real current threat is a government that thinks it can undermine the People's Consent by which We choose OUR representatives.
A government that thinks it can take our votes to a black box in a back room and count them in secret is the height of arrogance and the furthest thing from integrity in election management.
It is an obvious conflict of interest for government to count votes. Government wants to stay in power. Government can be bribed. Government can be blackmailed. (A bribed mom can do little damage. A bribed and/or self-serving SoS office can do lots of damage.)
A "government" that is not duly elected is not a legitimate government. It is a government in name only.
When a “government” becomes pompous and emboldened to trample on the "inherent and inalienable rights" of "We, the people," we know it is not a duly elected government.
What do we see coming from our so-called "government" today?
Tyranny. Our government has not only utterly failed us, it has done exactly what our Founders predicted it would do. It has corrupted itself and sold its soul to corporations, special interests, and the love of money, instead of giving itself in honest service to the People.
We the People are standing up and taking our government back.
The first step is to take back OUR elective franchise. The elective franchise is presently ground zero in a war between We the People and a rogue government that refuses to administer "fair and open elections free from outside influence," under the People's watchful eyes. That is to say, to administer the People's elections with transparency, veracity and verifiability.
Aside from the secrecy of casting votes, everything else in the voting process should be absolutely transparent and verifiable. If anyone is opposed to that idea, it is a sure sign they are a traitor and we should call them such.
What our SoS and Legislature call "elections" are not in fact elections. By doing so, they are waging a psychological war, a propaganda war, a lawfare war against We the People. And because they are waging this war under the cover of armed local and state law enforcement who blindly obey rather than take their oath seriously, it has the potential for "legal" violence being perpetrated against people for simply speaking the truth.
Here's a couple things to keep in mind:
There are more people outside of "government" than inside.
If the overthrow of one's legitimate government is treason, then the overthrow of the People's Consent by which legitimate government is supposed to be instituted is also treason. Such is the crime presently being committed by our SoS office and members of our Legislature.
They could end this war in a heartbeat by simply being transparent. They refuse. That refusal tells us all we need to know about who the real villains are.When members of "government" call us a threat for simply speaking the truth, they are simply projecting their own power-hungry ill will and malevolence.
To all my God-fearing and God-loving patriots reading this. Keep pushing. Keep speaking the truth. Don't let "Nebraska Nice" destroy us. These people are wimps.

Elections!! (York County has a tech group working on this with Dr. Frank, and will be involved in these meetings. They have met with our County Clerk, Sheriff, and several Commissioners.)
Saturday, March 2 at 9:30 AM- Merrick County will be the host in the ISI Solar building at 1620 19th St. in Central City.
Saturday, March 2 at 3:00 PM- Hamilton County will be the host at the Bremer Center located at 1604 L St. in Aurora.
Sunday, March 3 at 3:00 PM, hear Dr. Frank's presentation in Sutton at the Community Center, located at 200 S Sanders Ave. If not US, then WHO will fight for election integrity??

You have been BUSY! My dilemma is….not only the voting process is skewed, but the candidates are sketchy. It’s hard to trust anyone anymore. They can stump all they want but the truth never comes out until they’re elected and put in office. Actions speak louder than words but they can’t be assessed unless they’re seen in action. My only hope is in the God who sees our hearts and shares His wisdom with us as far as voting is concerned. Only He knows the ones most likely to be somewhat pliable to His will. 🙏🏻🙏🏻.
Many thanks Robert! and God Bless. I started a comment on "The Fruited Plain" re: the hearing last Wed on LB 1390 and my experience of Marxist day in the Omaha "Civic Center" the previous day. Was almost done and erased the last part, which I will finish soon. Busy with my Wifes knee surgery! But the words "our democracy" was used about 10 times during that GVMA Committee Hearing by .......! More later!
