Dear Friends,

This writing could well be titled, “overturning the tables of the votechangers, pt 3.”

Below is the content of an email I’m looking to dump in the faces of treasonous “public servants” across the state tomorrow morning (4.5.24) right before the weekend. I’d like your input/feedback. I seriously would.

First, let me assure you, I’m not throwing the word “treasonous” around frivolously.
I’m dead serious.
If trying to overthrow one’s government constitutes treason, then trying to overthrow the means by which government is supposed to be instituted, namely the Consent of We the People, is also treason.

We have to apprehend the gravity of the situation.
Thieves are stealing our republic!
Right out from under our feet!
And with that republic goes our liberty, our land, and everything we hold dear!

And what are we doing about it??
Where else in life would we continue to be nice to, or say nothing to, people who are stealing from us??
Where??
I’ll tell you where—NO where!
We need an attitude adjustment!
Our voices are being stolen!
That is the only reason our SoS office is forcing secret voter rolls and secret vote-counts on us!
To steal our voice and vote!
I can’t put enough exclamation points behind these statements.
God help us. They are trying to make slaves out of us! Literally.

Under normal circumstances, we control our government by voting.
But voting isn’t the only way to control government.
We can control government by controlling our “representatives.”
How??
By showing up.
En masse.
With frequency.
Our job is to make them hate going to work every day.
To make them quit.
Such was the advice of KrisAnne Hall, JD last Saturday night in KC. (I wish I had a link to that lecture. It was outstanding. But if you click on her name above, you’ll find the lecture that introduced me to her a couple years ago.)

Again I ask, was Jesus nice when he “went into the temple of God, and cast out all them that sold and bought in the temple, and overthrew the tables of the [corrupt] moneychangers, and the seats of them that sold doves” (Mat 21:12)??

Was John the Baptist nice when he cried out, Repent!–?

Did the prophets of old, John, Jesus and the apostles of “new” get in the faces of God’s enemies?? How do we love and serve God and our fellowman without Liberty, and without confronting evil??

Bcc’d: [this field is where I put all the real addresses . . . for all the members of the executive and legislative branches, especially the SoS office, and all the county election offices]
Subject: the state of the [nebraska] secretary of state's office, a special report

Dear Friends– [I address the letter as if I’m speaking to a bunch of friends, and allowing everyone in the bcc field to “listen” in]

The Nebraska SoS office is not what you think it is.
The election division of our SoS office is not what you think it is.

Wayne Bena, the person/deputy in charge of the election division (under Secretary Evnen), is not who you think he is. He is not who he portrays himself to be.
He pretends to be a public servant.
He is not.
He is an unelected bureaucrat.

Wayne Bena also pretends to be an electronic voting system expert.
He is not.
He is not a software expert.
He is not a computer hardware expert.
He is not an ES&S election system expert.
He is not even a simple election expert.
He is not an election expert of any kind.
He can’t even figure out how to capture a list of everyone who votes in a given election so we can reconcile that list with the number of votes.

Who is Wayne Bena??
He’s an ES&S salesman.
He loves telling Nebraska county election offices, and Nebraska voters, how great ES&S is.
Of course, ES&S provides him with all his talking points. He has nothing original.

Bena went to law school (which, by the way, is an impediment to liberty-minded thinking).
Bena loves using his law-school training to play word games.
He loves using his law-school training to play lawfare games.
He loves playing the tyrant.
He loves hijacking our county elections.
He loves forcing our counties to use ES&S equipment (because he can’t really sell that equipment based on its merits).
Bena loves centralizing all our county elections into one private company because he knows centralized power is power that can easily be abused.
These are just some of the bad manners of Wayne Bena.

Wayne Bena and the owners of ES&S (who are also not the kind of people you think they are) regard themselves as members of an elite class who believe that common Americans with common sense should not be allowed to make important decisions about their government, or about who should be in their government.

This is the whole reason secret computerized vote tabulators were created in the first place. So the elite could manipulate elections as they saw fit, without any accountability. It’s a complete scam. (And one that most people already in office are too proud to question, because they may not find themselves re-elected if we move to real, transparent and verifiable elections, because they were never actually elected in the first place.)

Such is the state and mentality of our SoS office, in particular, the election division.
It is ground zero for all kinds of fraud in the state, starting with our elections, of course.
Secret vote counts by secret companies.
Can the other divisions that Secretary Evnen oversees be any better?
I don’t see how.
Not that it matters.
I mean, again, when the election division is a disaster, so is everything else, inside and outside the SoS office.

Evnen and Bena, both trained lawfare lawyers, don’t care one lick about our God-given rights.
All we have to do is look back at the “covid” scam.
Neither one of them could find their way to denounce the unconstitutional tyranny and inequality of the so-called “directed health measures.”
Both saw it as an opportunity to make their jobs easier by implementing the fraudulent practice of widespread, no-chain-of-custody, mail-in and drop-box voting.

Last but not least, both Evnen and Bena are members of organizations that are part of the swamp.

I’ll finish with one little-known fact about electronic “voting” systems that completely contradicts Bena’s intentional mis/dis/mal-information:

USB drives are used all over the place in electronic voting systems. These devices can do almost anything. They can serve as a wireless backdoor, they can manipulate data, swap votes, change files on the device, pull data from the device, install other software, wipe log files, etc., etc., without anyone being able to detect any of it.

Electronic voting systems (so-called) are all smoke and mirrors.
