Did you know Whole Foods got caught putting their thump on the scale and had to pay hundreds of thousands in fines??
I didn’t either. Not until Mark Cook made me aware of it this past Saturday afternoon in KC during a powerful three hour presentation he gave on our corrupt election ecosystem.
At any rate, I mentioned it in my five min presentation yesterday before the Lancaster County Board (click blue text or image to watch):
Here’s the transcript. Please read it, as I had to skip over much of it. The Resolution is embedded.

Elections are nothing more than a means of measuring the will of the people. At least that's what they're supposed to be.
US election systems are the highest value target in the world. Everything hangs in the balance, not the least of which is our Liberty and our Land.
If you don't think bad actors have an interest in putting their thumb on the scale of our elections, you are a fool.
Whole Foods was fined hundreds of thousands of dollars for putting their thumb on the scale just so they could overcharge customers. Again, way more is at stake in our elections.
I'm not sure what planet everyone thinks we live on, but on this planet, evil, greedy, power-hungry actors are everywhere, including Nebraska.
An unelected bureaucrat with no loyalty to Nebraska voters and every loyalty to a private, money-driven company, was handed control of Nebraska's elections.
That unelected bureaucrat refuses to provide transparent, reconcilable, verifiable election records, even after being schooled by the absolute best [in cyber security] about the fact that it is literally impossible to secure electronic "voting systems" (so-called).
That unelected bureaucrat's name is Wayne Bena. The deep state associations he keeps are all we need to know.
I was asked to put together a resolution for an upcoming party convention, a party I have no faith in.
Here it is:
A Resolution calling for Immediate Transparency in our Voter Rolls and Immediate Verifiability in all our Vote-Counts
Whereas "We hold these truths to be self-evident, that all men are created equal, that they are endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable Rights, that among these are Life, Liberty and the pursuit of Happiness.--That to secure these rights, Governments are instituted among Men, deriving their just powers from the CONSENT of the governed";
Whereas our entire form of government, our entire compound constitutional republic, is based on CONSENT, and Consent that cannot be verified [by the collective body politic to whom the election of our representatives belong,] is not CONSENT, but a charade and a pretense that can easily be manufactured in our digital age;
Whereas we cannot simply assume that a secret/proprietary, digital/computerized process with no transparency or verifiability is giving We the People accurate election results; nor can We simply trust that those administering our so-called elections know what they are doing or that they are doing it honestly; too much hangs in the balance;
Whereas the Salvation of the State is Watchfulness in the Citizen, not trust;
Whereas the fact is, our county election offices are nowhere near being in control of our elections; rather, a few black box "tabulator" vendors—and their onsite employees—are in control; a few people who write the software for the computerized black box tabulators are in control; a foreign supply chain that can easily install hidden connectivity devices can be in control;
Whereas our SoS office and county election offices are clueless, or worse, don't care, about the vulnerabilities associated with internet-based voter rolls and computerized tabulators; and further, have no expertise in these areas;
Whereas speed in publishing election results is not the priority—speed only locks in fraud; but rather, accuracy and verifiability are the priorities;
Whereas the SoS office admits that manual counts are the gold standard; and test deck counts and isolated manual precinct audits are no proof of election integrity in a computer software environment;
Whereas a sudden and hard stop must be put on the current "election process";
Whereas no one person or group of persons currently in Nebraska "government" has the courage to execute that hard stop, despite the fact that the gold standard still lives and can quickly and easily be stood up; namely: voter rolls that are fixed before an election; chain-of-custody on all ballots; simple, in-person, one-day voting (with few exceptions—that all require an affidavit); simple precinct-based, transparent and publicly verifiable hand counts (possibly video-recorded . . . technology should be used to support transparent vote-counts, not secret vote-counts); and accountability for all ballots prepared for and used in the election;
Whereas no legislation is required to stand up the gold standard (only courage)—as the gold standard was recognized as a God-given right before and during the writing of our State Constitution, and no legislation can nullify it;
Whereas a show-of-hands vote on this Resolution will tell everyone present where everyone else stands on this issue, and whether the Lancaster County Republican Party is worth being a member of;
Now therefore, be it RESOLVED, that,
We the People demand and expect a full return to the gold standard for elections prior to the General Election.

You are violating the Constitution and your oath by supporting this so-called election process that does not provide for public verifiability. Complicity in the theft of votes is on the table.
It is going to come back to humiliate and bite you in the not-too-distant future, if you continue to do nothing.
Drivers weights and measures are an abomination to God.
[Rigged elections are the new form of slavery.
It's time to wake up.]
[I asked the question about federal money at the end because they were bragging earlier about saving local money by taking federal money, which makes no sense to me]
