The Republican party is full of cowards—aka SWAMP creatures—afraid to tell the truth about the 2020 election (and every election since).

Is there even one “elected” Nebraska Republican who has used his/her bully pulpit to call out cowards and traitors (oath-breakers) in our “government”?? (Censoring RINO Senator Riepe doesn’t count." Big deal.)

a public office or position of authority that provides its occupant with an outstanding opportunity to speak out on any issue.

Hah. As I write this, NEGOP leadership is gathered together and debating the appropriateness of calling each other RINOs. What a joke. Most of them are RINOs. Can’t tell the difference? Just ask who won the 2020 election.

All persons are by nature free and independent, and have certain inherent and inalienable rights; among these are life, liberty, the pursuit of happiness, and the right to keep and bear arms … and such rights shall not be denied or infringed by the state or any SUBDIVISION thereof. To secure these rights, and the protection of property, governments are instituted among people, deriving their just powers from the consent of the governed.
Nebraska State Constitution Article I-1

The purpose of political subdivisions is to decentralize power and serve as checks and balances on government corruption above and below them; and to facilitate self-government through transparent and verifiable elections.

Governments are instituted to secure our right to self-government, but governments are prone to corruption, hence we have branches and subdivisions of state government.

That said, here’s my latest on the corruption flowing out of our SoS office, which no one in any branch or subdivision (or party leadership position) is confronting and calling out:

Nebraska Revised Statute 32-1201.
Costs of election; payment; county expense.
The county board shall draw warrants in payment of all bills submitted by the election commissioner or county clerk related to the cost of any election conducted by the office of the election commissioner or county clerk. … and the cost of elections for county, state, and federal governments SHALL BE AN APPORTIONED COUNTY EXPENSE AND SHALL NOT BE CHARGEABLE TO OTHER POLITICAL SUBDIVISIONS.

Elections occur within our counties. Whatever elections occur within a given county can only be chargeable to that county, according to the above law. Whatever expenses are incurred by those elections can not be chargeable to another county.

But that’s exactly what Evnen and Bena have been doing. Many of our counties can’t afford to pay for the cost of the machines and their maintenance. Evnen and Bena are pushing this cost off on our other, richer counties. By doing so, they are breaking the law. That makes them both criminals.

Do we have an honest lawyer in the house?? An honest politician? An honest judge?
