Dear Friends,

Here’s my five minutes before the Lancaster County Board yesterday. Click here or on the image and crank it up.

Numbers make a bigger impression, if anyone would like to join me on Tuesday mornings. You don’t have to speak. You don’t have to feel like you should speak. Just being there tells them a lot. If we filled the room up, and I was the only speaker, your simple presence would echo the message, as we walk in and out together.

Here’s the transcript of the five minutes, roughly:

Nebraska Elections - Gold Standard or Soft Coup D'état?? 

This is some of the content of a letter that is hopefully headed to Congress soon with letters from a couple dozen other states. It starts out with the usual citations. 

All men are created equal.

Governments are instituted by CONSENT of We the People.

We the people have a right to VERIFY that CONSENT. 

The election of 2020 woke People up across the nation to the NEED to start paying better attention. After we started doing so, we learned that Secretary of State Offices across the country had handed control of elections over to private, profit-driven technology vendors that shroud the entire election process in secrecy and lawfare.

Engraved over the main entrance of Nebraska's Capitol is the following: "The Salvation of the State is Watchfulness in the Citizen." Watchfulness, not trust. Our Secretary refuses to allow Nebraska Citizens the Watchfulness necessary to verify their CONSENT. 

Nebraskans aren't allowed access to any secret tabulator audit data. Why? Why is the Secretary so resistant to this? Why is he so against allowing Citizens to verify their election results? Everyone should want this.

The secret tabulators weren't sold to voters for their accuracy. Actually, they weren't sold to voters at all. They were sold to election officials for their speed in creating “election results" 

Speed is not the priority in an election. The priority is accuracy—verifiable accuracy. Elections do not belong to election officials, candidates or corporations.

Elections belong to We the People, the collective body politic. We have a right to know that a given election is honest. The only way to KNOW that is through transparency and verifiability.

"Logic & Accuracy Testing" (EAC) and "Select Precinct Manual Audits" are not proof of accuracy or honesty. 

A computerized "vote-counter" can very easily be programmed to compartmentalize fraud. It can count a "test deck" accurately, and then proceed to RIG any race and/or precinct in the county. 

County election officials are not technology experts. They have no expertise in computer and wireless technology. When they make claims of accuracy, they are only expressing a belief in vendor talking points echoed by our Secretary.

Elections should not be left up to belief or trust. NO ONE can guarantee that computerized tabulators aren't being abused unless they do a full manual count, every time. The world is connected like never before, and that includes computerized "voting" systems. We must assume the worst until proven otherwise.

A sudden, hard stop must be put on computerized "elections," and we must return to the Gold Standard in elections before the 2024 general election.

The Gold Standard is a common sense, precinct-based, manual approach that allows for public/citizen Watchfulness and verification. It has been around since elections became a thing. 

The Secretary uses it, in part, to perform his pretend partial audits. But again, the problem with partial audits, is that the secret computerized tabulators can compartmentalize fraud.

Barring the secret voting booth, elections should be transparent and fully verifiable. Our constitutional republic depends on it. Watchfulness demands it. A process that is not transparent and fully verifiable must be regarded as a charade, a pretense, a simulation, that can easily be manufactured in a computerized process. 

There is no easier way to execute a soft coup d'état against our form of government than by deceptively installing a secret computerized "voting" process that s-elects and places in power weak and/or corrupt individuals.

If trying to overthrow government is treason, then trying to overthrow the CONSENT by which government is instituted is also treason.

I am asking you to call for and support a full investigation into computerized "elections." Democrats and Republicans have both alleged that the machines can be hacked. And now we have proof from around the country.

This fight is about Liberty and Justice for all Americans.

I and many others say Coup D'état. The DC swamp has been doing it to other countries for decades. They are now turning their crimes inward.

Moving on.
Here’s my approach to the upcoming primary:

Vote for the alternatives, but only if you deem them worthy. I have no problem not voting in a given race. A nonvote is a vote.

That said, John Walz and John Glen Weaver should get your attention. I’m told Dan Frei is a good candidate as well, but I don’t know much about him. He has to be better than Bacon.
