Dear Friends,
Lots to say, but I’ll keep this very short.
Below is a short letter I just fired off to members of our state government (with paragraph-spacing removed):
Members of Nebraska's elite ruling class (aka "government")—
Nebraska's chief salesmen for ES&S, Robert Evnen and his deputy Wayne Bena, are about to certify another "election," in violation of HAVA Title III, §21081, ON TWO IMPORTANT POINTS:
1) there is no available paper record in our voting system for conducting a manual audit (the key word here is "available")
2) the machines violate the maximum acceptable error rate of one in 500,000 ballot positions
This information is being provided so that when judgment day comes you will be exempt from prosecution, because you faithfully discharged your duty to "support the constitution of the United States, and the constitution of the State of Nebraska" by serving as a check and balance against fraud and by lifting up your voice (for all to hear) in opposition to this "certification."
It goes without saying that our constitution recognizes the God-given right to exercise an honest and true elective franchise.
Election fraud is an existential threat to the entire American experiment in self-government and Liberty. The right to a transparent and verifiable voting system is the right that secures all of our other God-given rights.
We the People will not be denied this right. We do not consent to the "election" nonsense of Evnen and Bena.
You are hereby served.
Robert J. Borer
P.S. Evnen hired the people who counted the votes for his "re-election." Hello?
Below the meme ↓ is the list of people I sent the letter to.
Leaving you with this:
God bless,
Robert J. Borer

Robert, I'm making sure you know about this:
Dear Valerie: [Douglas County Election Commission clerk]
Expect complaints to begin soon from the Nebraska Voter Accuracy Project and others.
We had many people Identify wifi networks “DeviceOnboard” in multiple voting locations when cell phones were near the Express Vote machines. The purpose of Express Vote machines is for blind/ handicapped people to fill out a ballot and print it out for submittal of the paper ballot into the ballot box. There is no need for a wifi system.
Secretary Evnen informed us in the last election that he had verified that there were no modems or wifi devices on ANY of the ES&S machines and he’d verified this with the vendor and was sure of this.
Now that we have over half a dozen credible reports, we will now demand inspection of not only the Express Vote machines, but all ES&S tabulators. If more modem/ wifi devices are found, we will be advocating that both the 2020 and the 2022 elections be obviated and repeated - using strictly a manual count system.
According to Secretary Evnen, inspecting the machines will cost the State $29,000 per machine to reverify their integrity. Why spend the money to correct the machines when we can manually count votes?
Please make sure that the Election Commission is informed of these issues.
Thanks for all your support to our fair elections in Nebraska.
Best,
Larry
