Dear Friends,
Every fraudulent vote cast (and not caught) is one valid vote STOLEN.
It is the DUTY of all local county election officials to verify the legitimacy of all voters, all ballots and all vote counts.
Lancaster County election commissioner Todd Wiltgen continues to deny and dodge this/his DUTY, and in so doing, he betrays his oath, and gives aid and comfort to the enemies of our constitutional republic. Anyone who steals votes is an enemy of the republic. Keep in mind as you listen and/or read below, that THIS is the first and foremost crime—the maladministration of an election by an election official.

This time the letter goes to Sheriff Wagner, with County Attorney Condon and Governor Pillen copied in.
Sheriff Wagner,
Lancaster County Election Commissioner Todd Wiltgen recently went on record as saying that law enforcement should be notified when an election crime has been committed. Hence, the reason for this letter. [Again, Todd’s lack of due diligence is where all the crime starts.]
I submitted the apparent crimes below to Wiltgen in early September. He offered a flippant reply.

Please keep in mind that Wiltgen is required by Nebraska Revised Statute 32-214 to enforce the Election Act, which is to say he is responsible for verifying the legitimacy of all voters, all ballots and all vote counts, the reason for which he has a large staff.
The crimes are as follows. This is all public record.
Allison Rae Alber, born in 1989, Voter ID 3281911, previously lived at 7620 S 34th St here in Lincoln.
According to USPS records, Alber authorized a permanent change of her residential address to 8702 E 87th Pl Tulsa, OK 74133, that was dated 1/1/2023.
Alber's new address was documented in the Lancaster County [Voter] Rolls at the time I contacted Wiltgen in early September, and her Lancaster County Voter Status was still listed as Active—well over a year and a half after her out-of-state change of address.
She was not coded for Military.
Wiltgen's office either wrongfully sent Alber a ballot for the April and May elections of 2023 and the recent May election of 2024 . . . and she wrongfully voted those ballots, per the voting history in her Lancaster County voter roll record, OR someone wrongfully voted those ballots in her name.
Either way, a crime was committed. And either way a qualified Lancaster County voter was disenfranchised, that is to say, had his/her votes STOLEN, or negated.
Why? Because Wiltgen lacks the due diligence required to fulfill the responsibilities of his County Office.
Alber is one of many examples.
Wiltgen recently went on record saying he just *assumes* every ballot is correctly cast . . . correctly and honestly cast.
Elections are a very serious matter, which makes election integrity a very serious matter.
There are huge motives to cheat, and our unsecured, centralized and computerized "election" processes make the opportunity to cheat near child's play for any serious bad actors.
