Dear Friends,
I just sent the following letter to certain state and local officials. First I share a short video and then I share several comments Shawn made in response to our former AG’s written opinion that hand counts are unlawful in NE.
If you’d like to copy and paste, put your name on it and send it to your local election official (or senator), feel free.
Good Morning [addressees redacted],
First, I'd like to bring this recent short video clip by Ret AF Col Shawn Smith on our "voting systems" to your attention (it's all of 20 min and Shawn gets right to the point):

Second. Quoting from recent correspondence with Col Smith:
"Somehow, the [former] AG [—in his opinion against hand counts—] 'missed' 32-901, which states:
'(1) To vote for a candidate or on a ballot question using a paper ballot that is to be manually counted, the registered voter shall make a cross or other clear, discernable mark in the square opposite the name of every candidate, including write-in candidates, for whom he or she desires to vote and, in the case of a ballot question, opposite the answer he or she wishes to give. Making a cross or other clear, discernable mark in the square constitutes a valid vote.'
"a. Since the guidance in 32-901 for registered voters MUST occur before ballots are provided to registered voters, then the NE Legislature MUST have intended that it be permissible for the manual counting of paper ballots in NE elections."
Third. Quoting Col Smith again:
"The [former] AG either foolishly or deceptively replaces [in his opinion against hand counts] the statutory language in 32-1012, which states 'it becomes impracticable to count all or part of the ballots with optical scanners,' with his choice 'not possible to count a ballot with optical scanners.'
"a. The determiner of what is 'practicable' or 'impracticable' is the county official; powers not explicitly enumerated to the Federal government are reserved to the states or the People, respectively; powers not explicitly delegated by the NE Constitution remain with the people (Section I-26); to wit: the Legislature has not defined 'impracticable,' and the county officials are in the best position to determine what is 'practicable' and what is consistent with the will and consent of county electors."
(Note: I absolutely loved Shawn's point here. "...consent of the governed" and "all powers not herein delegated, remain with the people" are principles and language directly from our NE Constitution. Evnen should read it...after he repents.)
Fourth. Quoting Col Smith again:
"The [former] AG also apparently missed that the beginning of 32-1012, which states '(1) In counties using optical scanners to count the ballots at a centralized location...'
"a. I.e., ONLY in those counties using optical scanners (which is up to the county, since the counties are AUTHORIZED and not DIRECTED to use electronic voting systems), and ONLY when they are using them to count ballots in the centralized location.
"I.e., there is no restriction or guidance in 32-1012 to counties which CHOOSE to hand-count in a central location or which choose to hand-count in non-central (e.g., precinct) locations."
Fifth. Quoting Col Smith again:
"Nebraska Revised Statutes Chapter 32. Elections § 32-119.01. Voting system, defined. Voting system means the process of creating, casting, and counting ballots."
"I.e., PROCESS. Not machine. Not system of machines. Process. Hand-counting is a process."
Sixth. Quoting Col Smith again:
"The AG's statement re: Election Act general authority is egregious; it grants no general authority to ANYONE."
Seventh.
From 32-1041, subsection (1):
"The election commissioner or county clerk *MAY* use optical-scan ballots or voting systems approved by the Secretary of State..."
...and from subsection (2):
"Any NEW voting or counting system shall be approved by the Secretary of State prior to use..."
Manual/hand counting is NOT a new system.
Eighth.
Allegheny County, PA slipped up. Big time. They fulfilled a CVR request before the State told them not to. Speckin Forensics (offices in MI and FL) analyzed the ES&S CVRs (cast vote records) that were obtained. ES&S did NOT fare well. Which is why Evnen won't let us see our CVRs.
Nineth.
The cat is finally out of the bag in AZ. Massive corruption, bribery, racketeering and drug cartel money surrounding their elections. Brannon Howse interviews the principal investigator here. It's a great interview.
The truth about our nation's sham elections is picking up huge momentum. The proof about Nebraska's elections is coming. When it does, maybe then we'll find out where Evnen's best friend Mike McCarthy is hiding?
God bless,
Robert J. Borer
ES&S distributes a motivational poster encouraging employees that their machine counts were discovered to be correct in some race somewhere. Seriously. Like first graders getting excited about getting one arithmetic question right where one is added to some number. Sheesh. Obviously to any computer programmer, they have algorithms that become susceptible to rounding errors because they convert integers maliciously into floating point or other number types in order to perform ratio operations on them, totally detached from truth. Then when the resultant rounding has to happen for that algorithm's outputs, they can't guarantee the outputs are perfect. This conversion into non-integer number types should be SO ILLEGAL!!!!
THANK YOU!!!!! I just wish we knew what establishment is being controlled by. Based on their refusal to listen, there seems to be something very insidious controlling them. Satanism? Communist propaganda? Sad to say, I have a son caught up in communism for the past few years, and I have gleaned from talking with him (carefully, like on my tiptoes) that he has fallen for some very persuasive communist propaganda. He has told me the title of whatever it is, but I had no interest at the time to remember the name of it. He even tantamount admitted to him being involved in "insurrection". The communists have used that very word for what they've been doing for so many years - that's why they used that very word in accusing conservatives.
