Dear Friends,
It was a good time at the county board this morning. Lots of people showed up. Watch here or by clicking on the image below. Transcript below image.
Transcript:
Guys and gals, you are in way over your heads.
On account of buying into and supporting the lawfare and lies of Secretary Robert Evnen and Deputy Wayne Bena, you have made yourselves part of a nationwide criminal conspiracy to defraud the American People of our right to verifiably choose our public servants.
They, and you, have subcontracted out every facet of our so-called electronic voting system to private entities that have every incentive to cheat.
For all practical purposes, we have no government oversight over any of our so-called election infrastructure. That oversight has been completely outsourced, and our so-called election officials have no idea what is going on because they are NOT smart enough to understand the computerized electronics involved, nor the cyber space they are connected to. If they were smart enough, they would NOT in government.
Back to the national scale of this criminal conspiracy. There are a large number of highly motivated people in every state in our blessed union fighting back. And we are constantly networking.
I offer an example. My friend Jessica Pollema has a well-organized group in South Dakota, which also uses ES&S.
South Dakota's county election official is called the county auditor. In 2022 Jessica and Company succeeded in electing a county auditor to South Dakota's largest county, Minnehaha County, that the swamp could not intimidate and could not buy. Her name is Leah Anderson and she has been every bit the disruptor she promised she would be, working for the common people, instead of secret corporate interests like Evnen and Bena do. She has been analyzing cast vote records, which every ES&S tabulator creates, and conducting hand counts.
She has made her county commissioners so crazy by her integrity, transparency and verifiability that they are now seeking to pass a home rule charter that allows them to appoint a bureaucrat to her position instead of allowing the people to choose. Imagine that. Last week 150 people showed up to protest the subversive idea.
Senior ES&S staff have also tried to intimidate Leah—they cannot rig elections as long as she has her eyes on them and is verifying results. It has been very interesting to watch. ES&S has really exposed themselves for the BAD people they are.
At any rate, to help the cause up there, I put pen to paper last week and sent Minnehaha County Commissioners the following short letter.
Commissioners,
Pardon me, but Article VII, Section 1 of your Constitution, to which you all took a solemn oath, clearly protects the God-given right of the People to self-government through voting. Quoting Section 1:
§ 1. Right to vote. Elections shall be free and equal, and no power, civil or military, shall at any time interfere to prevent the free exercise of the right of suffrage.
End quote
I went on to say, The right of qualified voters to vote obviously includes the right to have those votes counted honestly and equally. To enable the public to know that this is the case, the process must be transparent and the results must be verifiable.
If you are allowing anything less, then YOU are interfering in "the free exercise of the right of suffrage." There is no reason for secret vote-counting except to cheat.
Leah Anderson has made great progress toward honest and verifiable election results for the People of Minnehaha County. The only people who could possibly be opposed to her are those who wish to cheat, or those who are secret, proxy, patsy puppets for deep state cheaters. Either way, they are low-lifes.
Whoever is trying to remove Leah Anderson from office is despicable. You are the ones who should be removed from office for betraying your oath.
End of letter. I got one good reply.
In closing,
I contrast Leah's integrity with that of South Dakota secretary of state, Monae Johnson. Johnson ran for office and campaigned hard on election integrity at the same time Leah did, but completely betrayed the people who voted for her once she got in. She's a total disgrace.
And last but not least, Fall River County, South Dakota Commissioners voted 3-2 to hand count the upcoming general election. No machines. That definitely constitutes punching a hole in the dam of corruption, and that scares the crap out of both ES&S and South Dakota's corrupt government officials. I couldn't be happier.
[Note: I got behind my time right early on, so I had to pick up the pace.]
Several others showed up to speak. Roger Preszler and Kathleen Leising (sp?) followed right after me. I especially encourage listening to Kathleen. She started here. I thought her presentation was very complementary to mine. Our board has been fed the lie by our Secretary’s office that CVRs don’t exist in our state.
final comment
Corrupt government servants deserve no respect. They deserve our contempt,, because they are in contempt of We the People, the higher power in our Constitutional Republic, under God.
God bless,
Robert J. Borer
P.S.
Blessed is the man that walketh not in the counsel of the ungodly, nor standeth in the way of sinners, nor sitteth in the seat of the scornful. But his delight is in the law of the LORD; and in his law doth he meditate day and night. And he shall be like a tree planted by the rivers of water, that bringeth forth his fruit in his season; his leaf also shall not wither; and whatsoever he doeth shall prosper. (Psa 1:1-3)
I hope these guys are pooping in their Depends thinking about the next election. ‘ Be afraid….be VERY afraid’ because the American people are on to you!!!
Thank you for the pardon paragraph stating Article VII Section 1 of the constitution. Standing strong on this right and the fact the commissioners swore to uphold the constitution. Holding their feet to the fire is necessary as they think their untouchable and free to do as they please for their take power from the people click
