response from the SoS office

Dear Friends,

I wanted to quickly share the response I got from our Thief of State’s office (aka SoS).

first a quick intro
The Secretary of State was obligated to inform county election offices, BEFORE the election, that I was an official statewide write-in candidate. I jumped through all the hoops. I paid the $1050 fee and completed the required affidavit.

Nebraska Revised Statute 32-615 (5) states:

A candidate who files a notarized affidavit shall be entitled to all write-in votes for the candidate even if only the last name of the candidate has been written if such last name is reasonably close to the proper spelling.

Seeing no votes after the election, which I knew was a lie, I filed a Public Records Request with the SoS office and with all 93 county election offices (I addressed both sides), requesting a copy of the correspondence that was sent from the SoS office to the county election office informing them that I was an official candidate.

The counties ALL responded that they never received any such correspondence.

The Secretary’s office responded with this:

See how corruptions works? Pretty pathetic, huh? A simple keyword search of their email account is all they needed to do. It takes all of 5 seconds. Unless they’re destroying public records. (I search my email account all the time for past material.)

The fact is, they don’t have the public record I’m requesting, because Evnen didn’t do his job. Instead, he stole my money and the votes of all those who voted for me.

It’s called criminal maladministration. It really is. But don’t despair. It’s going on across the country, and lots of people are engaged and fighting.

Our job is to spread the truth and wake as many people up as possible, AT THE LOCAL LEVEL, while at the same time telling local officials they aren’t doing their job (and supporting those who are).

I’m not into begging “public servants” at any level to do what’s right. I’m just not.

The power resides with We the People at the local level. We are the sovereigns. They are our representatives.

final thought
Word has it there’s a top-down military operation going on to take down the deep state. (We’ve all heard it and there’s still good reason to believe it.)

Whether it’s true or not, our job, again, is to work from the bottom up, at the local level, and fight for the truth. A lot can be done if we unite.

Of course, it’s also our job to be ready to defend ourselves and our families, if necessary. (We expect to be spared a civil war, but criminals still abound, so be ready.)
