report card delivered
Dear Friends,
Building off yesterday’s substack, here’s the report I just delivered to the executive and legislative branches of state government and Lancaster County government, via email, of course.
subject: the state of the State - your report card
"Public Servants"—
Roughly seven score and 18 years ago (i.e., 158 years ago), We the People of Nebraska, grateful to Almighty God for our freedom, ordained and established our "inherent and inalienable rights." (See Preamble and Article I-1)
At the same time, We also ordained and established a "frame of government" by which our "inherent and inalienable rights" were to be secured, and never denied or infringed. (Inalienable means inalienable—there is no emergency clause that allows for the alienation of our inalienable rights.)
But the real security for our "inherent and inalienable rights" came from KNOWING that our government was instituted by OUR Consent. Because as long as We knew that, We knew We could throw bad government actors out who infringed upon those rights.
Today that KNOWING is gone. And it's been gone for some time. Bad actors in "government" have taken it away from us. And there's only one reason for doing so. To commit fraud and keep bad/weak actors in "government."
Who is responsible for this subversion of the People's Consent?
It starts with the executive branch.
The secretary has usurped law-making power and taken election transparency and verifiability away from We the People. In other words, he has actively defrauded We the People of our right to know, and, We must assume, until proven otherwise, that he is either using the secrecy to commit election fraud, or allowing it to happen. (Nevermind the huge conflict of interest with the secretary overseeing his own re-election.)
The governor, and the rest of the executive branch, say nothing. The governor is vested with “supreme executive power.” He is obligated to take care that our laws are faithfully executed (the highest law being We the People’s Constitution) and the affairs of the state efficiently and economically administered. Pillen’s failure to take care that our elections are faithfully administered in the interests of the We the People and “free from outside influence” is disgraceful.
The responsibility is shared by the legislative branch. Our uniscameral [spelling intentional] is vested with legislative (law-making) authority. All legislation must be in line with our Constitution. Our legislators refuse to push back against our rogue secretary and provide We the People with statutory checks and balances (public-facing transparency and verifiability laws) in OUR elections.
Again, disgraceful.
The responsibility is also shared by our county boards. County board members have the power of the purse. But board members refuse to stand up to our rogue secretary on behalf of their constituents and demand the obvious, i.e., elections that are transparent and verifiable by We the People.
Again, disgraceful.
Why won’t anyone in “government” stand up?? Simple. Because the system works for them and that's all they care about.
Until We return to Consent that is verifiable by We the People, this State will continue to decline and tyrants will continue to rule the day (barring resistance).
If you are a member of one of the above categories, and not a newbie, We the People hereby serve you with a firm grade of T, for Treason. Your oath requires you to defend our Constitution against all enemies. The new enemies are those inside government who gaslight and spread propaganda and deny We the People our right to verifiable/knowable Consent.
Everyone knows our elections have been outsourced by rogue government actors to private, secret, corporate interests of "questionable character" who refuse to provide any public-facing transparency or verifiability. Again, there can be only one reason for that. Fraud is being committed to keep bad actors in "government" and/or to install new ones.
Robert J. Borer
God bless.

Keep crushing the truth Robert, seeds are planted.
