Dear Friends,
It was a two hour wait at yesterday’s county board meeting. To listen to (or read) my brief comments, see here or below. I did not try to fill the five minutes.
Transcript
My opening remark was in spontaneous response to Duane’s rhetorical questions before me. (He knew they weren’t obligated to respond.) You can listen to his short comments here for the context of that opening remark.
I said: “The answer to the aforementioned questions is no to all of the above. Secret software, secret hardware, secret vote counts, secret voter rolls.”
I then moved on to my prepared statement:
From the Proverbs of Solomon:
Pride goes before destruction, and a haughty spirit before a fall.
Government has proudly and arrogantly corrupted and enriched itself at all levels.
We no longer have consent of the governed, but rather consent of government.
What "government" proudly and self-servingly calls consent is just a show.
Evil has permeated this land, in large part because of YOU. YOU have sold the People's consent down the river to private interests.
There can be no debate over transparency in elections.
I’ll say that again.
There can be no debate over transparency in elections.
Anyone who sides with secrecy in elections automatically exposes his or herself as a tyrant.
Perilous times are approaching . . . because government is in open warfare against natural law and the Creator himself.
When the rule of lawlessness betrays the Constitution and divine morality, defiance becomes duty.
Quoting from a letter by Thomas Jefferson:
"what country can preserve its liberties if their rulers are not warned from time to time that their people preserve the spirit of resistance?"
Now I would modify that statement by the honorable Thomas Jefferson with this:
"what country can preserve its liberties if their rulers are not REMINDED from time to time that they are not in fact rulers but public servants and that the People reserve the right of resistance?"
Benjamin Franklin, Thomas Jefferson and a host of others readily embraced the statement, "Rebellion to tyrants is obedience to God."
Perilous times.
[You can’t tell from the video, but the chair, Sean Flowerday, looked me right in the eye numerous times, and I gave it right back to him.]
Drop Boxes
Earlier in the meeting, the subject of cameras on drop boxes came up. This was the agenda item:
C-23-0812 with the City of Lincoln to install cameras at branch libraries to monitor election drop boxes during their local, state, and federal elections conducted by the County Election Commission (City Resolution A-94262. There is no cost to the County.) (C-24-0677)
See here for the exchange that took place between Lancaster County’s fake election commissioner Todd Wiltgen and county commissioner Matt Schulte.
A year ago, Wiltgen was opposed to cameras. What changed?
Wiltgen now expresses the sentiment that drop boxes might be targets for voter suppression in the upcoming election, suggesting, in my mind, that Trump supporters might want to meddle with them since so many Democrats use them (in the tens of thousands).
That’s just my speculation in response to his comment.
Drop boxes only serve to undermine our elections. Ballots are easily duplicated, and personal info, including signatures, is readily available to bad actors looking to cheat. Remote voting also makes Photo ID meaningless.
Wiltgen is obviously a bad actor who takes his marching orders from our corrupt SoS office. The big question regarding the drop boxes is who’s paying for them. Wiltgen claimed they would not be a county expense. Excuse me???
As a result, I filed the following public records request when I got home:
9/10/24
Lancaster County Election Office
County Board Chair Sean FlowerdayMr. Wiltgen and County Board Chair Flowerday-
Pursuant to Nebraska Public Records Law § 84-712 et seq., I am hereby requesting a digital copy of the public record that establishes who is paying for the security cameras for the drop boxes.
State law clearly establishes that the cost of elections shall be a county expense.
(NRS 32-1201. Costs of election; payment; county expense.)The purpose of the law is obvious, and Lancaster County is already in violation of this law.

I also sent this short letter to commissioner Schulte:
Matt,
See email I just sent to Wiltgen and Board members.
In addition, I will say to you that the boxes facilitate fraud, camera or no camera.
No one weeds through the miles of footage looking for fraud.
In addition, no one can verify the security and authenticity of a given remotely-voted ballot, without going to a lot of trouble.
Our ballots are easy to duplicate and digital signatures are easy to come by.We have a serious problem.
Bob
Two more things.
#1) Check this out. Democrats, in a nationwide postcard effort, are seeking to get as many of their ilk as possible to vote by mail or drop box:
Blue Wave Postcard Movement
#2) Last night’s “debate” was a set up. Fact check Trump all night long and give hate-filled commie Harris a pass on all her lies. Democrats only have two weapons: lies and projection. Here’s a response:
That’s it.
God bless,
Robert J. Borer
P.S.
Pray. Here’s a good format to follow:
Our Father which art in heaven, Hallowed be thy name. Thy kingdom come. Thy will be done in earth, as it is in heaven. Give us this day our daily bread. And forgive us our debts, as we forgive our debtors. And lead us not into temptation, but deliver us from evil: For thine is the kingdom, and the power, and the glory, for ever. Amen. (Mat 6:9-13)
Anecdote from our last election: I was first in line to vote at 0800 at my polling place. Dude comes in to vote, gets up to the table and tells them he got a mail in ballot but he's here to vote in person. Okay, they let him. He then says he has his completed ballot in the car and do they want him to bring it in so they can deal with it? Nope, they just trusted him to destroy the ballot. Uh huh. So I asked, 'So he gets to vote twice?' And I got a blank stare back and the answer, 'No, he has to destroy the ballot.' Ummm...okay. How do you know? How will you confirm that he didn't vote twice?
Of course, he was a Democrat. This process is rife with potential fraud and corruption.
Amen🙏 pray pray for Nebraska and our nation ! Only God intervening is going to change this mess! There are so many evil and ungodly people! Thank you Robert so much. Hopefully all your words and saying it like it is, using our Lord, hopefully one of these fools will have a Jesus moment !!
