Dear Friends,

As I continue reading through Ezekiel (I’m only on chapter 7…I read slow and think and pray as I read), I see parallels between Israel and the USA today. God has every reason to be as angry with this nation now as He was with Israel then. Here’s the first few verses of chapter 7:

Moreover the word of the LORD came unto me, saying, Also, thou son of man, thus saith the Lord GOD unto the land of Israel; An end, the end is come upon the four corners of the land. Now is the end come upon thee, and I will send mine anger upon thee, and will judge thee according to thy ways, and will recompense upon thee all thine abominations. And mine eye shall not spare thee, neither will I have pity: but I will recompense thy ways upon thee, and thine abominations shall be in the midst of thee: and ye shall know that I am the LORD. Thus saith the Lord GOD; An evil, an only evil, behold, is come. (Eze 7:1-5)

“I will send mine anger”?? Hmm. Contrast this with the all-accepting message we hear from most pulpits today. God isn’t angry with anyone. He accepts everyone. As they are!

Wrong. A thousand times wrong. The presupposition is that God has changed in His fundamental character. God has not changed. The “church” has changed.

The church no longer preaches the fear of God. Consequently, “there is no fear of God before [our] eyes,” generally speaking. (Ps 36 and Rom 3). This is the problem with America today.

America has committed abominable abominations (redundancy intentional). Our friends at the Fruited Plain released an issue talking about some of those abominable abominations earlier this morning.

I say all of that to encourage us to pray and fast. We need God. We need to seek God. We need the fear of God to fall upon our land. Our land needs a cleansing from all the evil. We need repentance and judgment to fall, in combination, as it often does when God disciplines a nation. I hope you can appreciate just 30 seconds of this chorus.

I’m always looking for another angle by which to hold government accountable and expose the corruption, via Public Records Requests. As everyone knows, my focus has been on the area most critical to our Liberty—elections.

Here’s your introduction to my latest request:

Our stupid statutes say, on the one hand, that electronic voting systems are illegal, and on the other, that they are legal—as long as we use paper ballots. The problem is, the use of paper ballots does us no good when we aren’t allowed access to them after the fact to verify the results. We may as well not have them. In effect, our election system is fact an illegal “electronic voting system.” The spirit of the law is plain. But our SoS and lawmakers prefer to play lawfare (law warfare) games. Why do they like to play such games? Because they’re cheating. That’s the only possible explanation.

Here’s the crack in our statutes that I saw yesterday. Statute only allows access to our ballots after an election “when an election is contested or the materials become necessary to be used in evidence in the courts.”

So how is Deputy Secretary Bena giving himself, and county election officials, special access to our ballots to perform their secret Mandatory Manual Precinct Audits, so they can then turn around and lie to us and try to get us to believe that the machines are counting our votes accurately??? It appears to me Bena is breaking the law.

With that introduction in mind, here’s the request I made yesterday to our SoS office (line-spacing has been deleted):

Dear Colleen,
In as much as 32-1032 requires that, "[u]pon completion of the canvass"..."[t]he election commissioner or county clerk shall not allow any other election materials [except the "precinct sign-in register, the record of early voters, and the official summary of votes cast"] to be inspected, including ballots and provisional ballot envelopes, except when an election is contested or the materials become necessary to be used in evidence in the courts," I am hereby requesting, pursuant to Nebraska Public Records Law § 84-712 et seq., a digital copy of the following:
1) the official document that authorizes anyone (from the SoS office, a county election office or elsewhere) to access and inspect ballots, post-election, for the purpose of conducting a "Mandatory Manual Audit"
2) the document that outlines the procedure for conducting a "Mandatory Manual Audit" of a precinct
3) the document that outlines the procedure for selecting the precincts to be "audited"

One more thing. I also reformulated my presentation to the county board on Tuesday and sent it across the state via email to some 150 county and state officials. Here it is (the parallel here is that we are back at 1776):

Subject: the danger that arises from exclusions

Public Servants (especially county boards and election officials)—

Our NE State Constitution Preamble says:
We, the people, grateful to Almighty God for our freedom, do ordain and establish the following declaration of rights and frame of government, as the Constitution of the State of Nebraska.

Article I Section 1 says:
All persons are by nature free and independent, and have certain inherent and inalienable rights; among these are life, liberty, the pursuit of happiness, and the right to keep and bear arms ... and such rights shall not be denied or infringed by the state or any subdivision thereof. To secure these rights, and the protection of property, governments are instituted among people, deriving their just powers from the consent of the governed.

Article I Section 22 says:
...there shall be no hindrance or impediment to the right of a qualified voter to exercise the elective franchise.

Thomas Paine, one of our revolutionaries, wrote the following in a Dissertation on First Principles of Representative Government:

”The true and only true basis of representative government is equality of rights.” …
"The right of voting for representatives is the primary right by which other rights are protected. To take away this right is to reduce a man to slavery." …
He goes on to say:
"…the strength and permanent security of government is in proportion to the number of people interested in supporting it. The true policy therefore is to interest the whole by an equality of rights, for the danger arises from exclusions. It is possible to exclude men from the right of voting, but it is impossible to exclude them from the right of rebelling against that exclusion; and when all other rights are taken away the right of rebellion is made perfect."

If you're not catching his drift, the right of rebellion is the right of revolution.

As it stands right now, we are looking at a rebellion.

Why? Because public officials across our state and nation have excluded the People of our Counties from the right of voting, in as much as they have excluded us from the right of equally exercising the elective franchise.

In other words, they have allowed a very small group of People to decide that they can take our votes and count them in secret. In secret!

That is not an equality of rights in the exercise of our elective franchise.

...and it produces no evidence whatsoever that our representatives are actually being elected by We the People, and not S-elected by those few counting our votes in secret.

If we are not equal when it comes to exercising our elective franchise, we are not equal anywhere.

A small group of people are playing with fire.

You/they could stop this evil, tyrannical, hijacking of our elections. You/they should stop this evil, tyrannical hijacking of our elections, given your/their oaths.

But you have allowed yourselves to be brainwashed into thinking you work for government (and the likes of people in our SoS office) when in reality you work for We the People.

Don't kid yourself by thinking we are few in number.

There are many more that be with us than be with you.

A storm is brewing in America, the likes of which we have not seen in our lifetimes.

It is sure to come our way, if "public servants" don't repent and start becoming Defenders rather than PREtenders.

The Rights in the Second Amendment were explicitly affirmed for the express purpose of deterring exclusions and removing them when they occur. 

The Power resides with the People.

May God save America, if He wisely can.

Assuming He can, it will not doubt include cleansing our land of idolaters, i.e., self-worshippers who have corrupted themselves into thinking they have more rights than the common man.
