overturning the tables of the votechangers
election offices–dens of thieves, what's your price?
Dear Friends,
It’s been quite the week.
Let me bring you up to speed.
I’ll begin by quoting from the gospel of Matthew:
”And Jesus went into the temple of God . . . and overthrew the tables of the moneychangers . . . And said unto them, It is written, My house shall be called the house of prayer; but ye have made it a den of thieves.” (Mat 21:12-13)
The apostle John adds to his account of the incident, that Jesus acted with zeal (Joh 2:17)
Strong’s Bible concordance defines zeal as: heat, jealousy, indignation . . .
Our founders had zeal.
Except they called it “sentiment.” (Think Patrick Henry: ”Give me liberty or give me death!!” I think Patrick brought some “heat,” too.)
Noah Webster defined sentiment as:
[Click on the image if you wish to read more definitions.]
Sentiment is a powerful thing.
Our founders believed nothing could stop We the People when enough of us are of the same sentiment.
When “enough of us.” And therein is our problem today.
Lot’s of People might believe 2020 was stolen, even a majority, but what good does it do without the sentiment or zeal to overturn (figuratively speaking) the table of a local votechanger??
Not much.
Why don’t we see more zeal? Because most can’t imagine what it’s like to live under tyranny. Even with the recent covid scam staring them in the face! (How soon we forget.)
Our founders had a huge advantage. They knew first hand what it was like to both live in bondage and fight their way out of it. And when they won their Liberty, they guarded it with zealous jealousy.
overturning tables
When I speak of overturning tables, I’m not speaking about taking up arms (not yet, anyway, unless you perceive a threat that justifies it), I’m just talking about letting our voices be heard, and continue to be heard, and/or our faces be seen, in an indignant way.
Local computerized election offices are dens of thieves. The election division of our Secretary of State office is a den of thieves. Secret vote counts constitute theft of the People’s elective franchise.
I had my opportunity to address the den of a couple thieves and overturn their tables with indignation this week. I’m quite sure I wasn’t appreciated by most in attendance. That’s okay. I’m quite happy to not be appreciated by traitors.
The Merrick County Board of Supervisors requested a special presentation from Nebraska’s chief “votechanger,” deputy Secretary of State Wayne Bena,, after Dr. Douglas Frank caused local citizens to start asking questions about the validity of their election results a couple weeks ago.
The special presentation was scheduled for 1:00 this past Tuesday (3.26) on the third floor of the Central City courthouse. It was brough to my attention so I went (but not before giving my own County Board a piece of my mind that morning—more on that tomorrow. It was a 90 min drive from my home.
I arrived, met a friend, and we made our way to the room early. Board members and members of the public soon filed in, along with Mr. Bena. The county clerk (local election official) was in attendance as well. Since Bena was the bigger target. I addressed everything at him.
Here’s how it went:
Mr. Bena must have scanned the room when he walked in, because as soon as he sat down in front of me, he turned to address me with a question. I didn’t hear his question, so he had to repeat it. I gave a sober one word answer. I wasn’t going to give into his attempt to make this a friendly meeting.
We are at war, with a rogue government. (I hate even using the word “government,” because too many people still associate the word with the idea of rulership. These people are NOT our rulers. They are OUR SERVANTS. Our founding fathers didn’t give us an oligarchical form of government. We don’t bow to these people. We treat them as servants (not unkindly, mind you, as long as they do their job).
Elections are ground zero in this war. The primary tactics of the enemy are to 1) gaslight us with an expectation that we should trust government; 2) censor us; and 3) use lawfare against us.
Our weapons of choice are speaking the truth and speaking it boldly. If enough of us simply did that and did it consistently, the traitors would buckle.
The wicked flee when no man pursueth: but the righteous are bold as a lion. (Pro 28:1)
Jesus is our example. He didn’t ask those thieving moneychangers if He could overturn their tables. He just did it, fearlessly, knowing they would want to destroy Him for doing so.
But I digress. Back to how it went.
The meeting was called to order without so much as a pledge.
Bena gave his presentation.
Together with Q&A, it couldn’t have lasted longer than 30 minutes. He did not seem his usual self and seemed to want to cut his presentation short and leave. In fact, as soon as there were no more questions from the Board, he gathered up his things and started heading for the door. But the Board stopped him and told him they wanted him to stay in case they needed help answering questions from members of the public that were present (which was all of 10 or 12 people, including the local newspaper editor, as we found out later). Bena complied, and retook his seat.
Another member of the public took the first five minute segment to ask a few questions. I took the next five.
I didn’t have a list of talking points like I usually do, so I just shot from the hip and the heart. The meeting wasn’t recorded and I can’t remember everything I said, but below is the gist of it, with lots of zeal/sentiment/animation in my voice. Keep in mind that Bena is sitting four or five feet directly in front of me, with his back to me, and I’m speaking loudly over him to the Board and the clerk:
I begin with the following:
Take stock of everything Mr. Bena just said.
What has he offered us??!!
NOTHING BUT HIS WORD?
NOTHING!!
No transparency or verifiability at all!
He thinks he can just give us his word and we have to trust him!
Our founders did NOT trust government.
That is why they gave us a compound constitutional government with checks and balances at multiple levels, with the ultimate check and balance being We the People!
Engraved over the main entrance of our state capitol is the following: “The Salvation of the State is Watchfulness in the Citizen!
WATCHFULNESS, not trust!
Granted, it wasn’t a foolproof system, as the checks and balances could corrupt themselves, the press could corrupt itself, and the People could corrupt themselves, if with nothing else, then laziness.
Which is where we’re at.
But People are waking up.
Mr. Bena gets paid $150,000 taxpayer dollars a year, plus gravy benefits to work for us! And who does he really work for—ES&S!! He forces these machines on us!
He tells us to show him proof of election fraud. Excuse me?!
Who works for who here??
We don’t work for him, he works for us.
It’s his job to show US proof of election integrity.
Besides, he won’t give us access to any of the data!
Mr. Bena says the machines aren’t connected.
He doesn’t know that!
He’s never looked inside one of those machines.
He’s never looked at the hardware or software.
Just the other day, a citizen of SD demonstrated who easy it is to hack an ES&S hard drive!
Our constitution says there shall be no hindrance or impediment to the right of qualified voters to exercise the elective franchise!
What’s an elective franchise??
An elective franchise consists of two parts, 1) voters making their selection marks on a ballot and 2) voters having their marks counted accurately.
Does Bena allow us to exercise our elective franchise??
NO! Only the first part.
For the second part, Mr. Bena takes our ballots to a private company to be counted in secret, with no accountability to the People!….with no verifiability available to the collective body politic to whom our elections belong!!
Government is supposed to come from OUR CONSENT, not from ES&S.
Elections don’t belong to government.
Elections and government belong to We the People.
Mr. Bena says we have the gold standard in his secret election equipment.
Nonsense. The gold standard is transparency and verifiability.
The gold standard is manual counts.
How does Bena conduct his so-called precinct audits? With manual counts!
But those manual counts mean nothing when he only does a couple precincts and the computerized tabulator can be programmed to cheat in some precincts and leave others alone.
If you want to see your country go to hell, then keep trusting Bena!
I started to give the following analogy and got cut off because my five minutes were up.
"We show more due diligence in a football game than we do in our all important elections. Only in America will we stop a football game, drag out measuring chains and look at a play 15 times from 6 different angles to make sure the right call was made, but refuse to verify the integrity of an election of the highest office in the land, or any other election in the land.”
End
Here’s what’s interesting.
Bena wasn’t interested in refuting anything I said. The Board abruptly ended the meeting. I walked out and a young man followed me who was obviously happy with what I said.
The local newspaper wrote an article on March 14th with this picture included (the editor claims he’s nonpartisan—baloney, notice the innuendo) after Dr. Frank was in town. I think it’s trash. The paper quotes the clerk as saying the same thing as Bena, namely, that we should simply trust her secret vote counts. Hogwash.
Back to Jesus and Patrick Henry. They both put their lives on the line. If we aren’t willing to do the same, we don’t deserve Liberty. Consider the words of James O’Keefe:

More to share. Part 2 tomorrow.

A couple typos/word omissions fixed.
WOW! You told him!! You go Bob!!! That was powerful!👏 Bena probably lost sleep that night. Lol Keep up the good work! We the People are behind you!
