Dear Friends,
This is basically a sequel to yesterday’s issue (and it’s not nearly as long as it looks from the slide bar to the right…several images are included).
I’ll get right to it.
I don’t see how we are going to recapture our elective franchise by begging for crumbs (weak legislation) before a legislative committee.
It hasn’t happened anywhere else in the nation and I don’t see it happening here.
Legislators and legislatures across the nation have been captured. They have no fight in them. Only the Dems have fight.
If we had a real governor or SoS, things would be different. But we don’t.
Abraham Lincoln, our State Capital's namesake, said in so many words, that political power resides in the sentiment of the people (i.e., the way the people think and feel and speak).
Quoting:
“[P]ublic sentiment is everything. With public sentiment, nothing can fail; without it, nothing can succeed. Consequently, he who molds public sentiment, goes deeper than he who enacts statutes or pronounces decisions. He makes statutes and decisions possible or impossible to be executed."
Lincoln again:
"…in a popular government statutes and decisions are rendered possible or impossible of execution by public sentiment. It is in reference to such sentiment that legislatures and courts determine what they may and may not attempt."
…and again:
"In a government like ours, public sentiment is everything and he who can change public sentiment could change the government, practically speaking."
Jefferson said as much:
"...authority rests on the harmonizing sentiments of the day.”
Who holds the power? We the People do.
Who wrote our State Constitution? We the People did. (What is the supreme law of Nebraska? Our Constitution.)
Who created and delegated authority to our various branches and levels of government? We the People did.
Public sentiment is stronger than legislative power, executive power, and judicial power, individually or combined.
Public sentiment is also the power of nullification:
". . . These facts furnish a practical illustration of that great truth, which ought to be familiar to all statesmen and politicians, that a law passed by the ... legislature to operate locally upon a people not represented, will always remain practically a dead letter upon the statute book, if it be in opposition to the wishes and supposed interests of those who are to be affected by it, and at the same time charged with its execution . . . In free countries, laws and ordinances are mere nullities, unless sustained by the hearts and intellects of the people for whom they are made."
We the People need sentiment. We need passion. Not uncontrolled/unbridled passion, mind you, but passion nonetheless.
We need to let ourselves feel ZEAL.
I would rather fill the halls of OUR Capitol up with zealous, angry people chanting a mantra like “We want Transparency!!” than with “testifiers” waiting in a line to beg for crumbs.
Take note of the Master:
I’ll be at the Capitol before noon on Wednesday. Come join me, it you are so moved. I don’t plan on testifying. I’m just looking to help our movement show strength. I’ve had enough with weak legislators wasting my/our time.
two important final items
Number one. Evnen’s election reporting software (owned by B-Pro) is run by a Ukranian, to the tune of $192,000+ of our hard-earned tax dollars over four/five years (money down the toilet, along with the tens of millions that go to the machines—a fraction of which could go to the People of our counties for manual counts)!!!:
Number two.
Wayne Bena told county election officials prior to the recent general election that they would be conducting manual audits on 10% of our precincts this year (instead of the 2% in previous years).
His cited reason for doing so? To restore trust in our elections.
He’s not very smart. We don’t trust him, why would we trust his word about predetermined hand counts?
Wayne Bena (deputy secretary in charge of elections) is a nut job, if he thinks their self-audits are going to improve citizen trust in blackbox machine-counted election results.
Here’s the letter he sent:
That’s it.
God bless,
Robert J. Borer
I have Zeal also a great respect for everyone trying to carry a torch in this evil darkness.
Those willing to accept crumbs to speak out truth.
Those sending in written comments on every bill and following up with e-mails and phone calls.
Those doing remarkable research and posting awesome articles like you .
Those prayer warriors who never cease in intercession.
The tireless viewers at the Capital lending support.
The army of warriors with their armor on holding the line.
The Senators really trying to battle against a a very dark agenda.
We just all need to do something and give out free hugs.
God's got this just hold steady. 🇺🇸
I shared ask ppl to please read! Share with others! We must pray the weak are exposed! Those seeking their own agendas or following Rinos and their evil agenda! God save Ne and America 🙏☦️🙏
